What’s your passion?

What's your passion?.

So true! For me, when I am in my passion, I am in my heart, in my center, lifted up out of the chaos and negativity of the third dimension, up to a higher dimension where magic, miracles, creativity, wonder and joy live and thrive.

One of the tools I use to get “there” is to imagine green, emerald green, all around me; then I breathe that into my heart, filling up all the cells, my lungs, my heart, my heart chakra, filled with this green, which some call adamantine particles. Then I fill my entire body with this until I am flowing out green.

I might place my dreams or desires into my heart and fill them with the green and then radiate that out. I might place my dreams/desires in front of me and breathe that green into it, lighting it up, lightening it up.

Or…I might just go for a walk and notice all the beauty around me, or play my guitar and sing and drop into the moment, or just bring all my loving attention to whatever task is at hand.

What is your passion? What brings you joy? What assists you in being in the center, in the moment? Please share and comment below!
