Taking Our Power Back!

What do M and M’s have to do with taking our power back?  Be patient….I will get to that in a while 🙂  They refer to a ritual I created.  But first…some information;

I have read some metaphysical authors talk about the belief that if each individual just faced and healed their own darkness, the world would heal and we could just then move forward in a light based world.  I used to believe that, too, but now, although I believe that is part of the equation, I don’t believe it is the only part.  Through the work I’ve been doing with John,  http://www.freedom4humanity.wordpress.com I’ve learned more about the dark technologies that have been directed at and placed in humanity to keep us in darkness.  I’ve learned more about the veil that was designed to keep us separate from Source and our divinity,  placed over us at the beginning of each life experience, more effective and present with some people than others.  (I remembered past lives since age 2). And what the dark forces and dark humans couldn’t control via these, they made sure to control via false beliefs imbedded in religions, toxins placed in our water, air, food and soil.  I’m not talking about victim consciousness here either, as it is a reality that these people, beings and technologies exist.  So no matter how much inner healing we manage to achieve, these technologies have still existed, and when you throw in dark world governments, dark based economic and financial systems, social structures meant to keep humans enslaved and separate from each other and their divine selves, it makes it hard to shift just our inner reality and make a huge difference.

But…..but……we do have power. We DO have power.  And it is helpful to do our inner work.  I recently read an article by David Hawkins I believe it was…not sure…and it talked about how for each person vibrating at a higher vibration of love, compassion….it helped raise up others, many others, that were stuck in fear or anger.  Just notice the feeling of walking into a room after there has been an argument in it, or watching the news, and feel the density of the energy vs. walking into a calm, peaceful garden, or a home filled with love.    So how you feel about yourself and others DOES make a difference.  As each of us does our inner work to face and release old limiting beliefs, habits and perceptions, we help shift the environment around us, which helps raise the consciousness of the planet.  The more the consciousness of the planet is shifted, the harder it is for the dark to remain in control.

I feel that the various uprisings around the world, the protests, the occupy movement, those marching in Ferguson demanding a revision of lopsided governing that targets people of color, forces us as individuals and those governing to begin to question their own darkness and begin that important and powerful process of facing and releasing the perceptions that keep us all in fear and reaction.

At the same time though, through these daily sessions I am doing with John, I am seeing first hand how important it has been to work to shut down these dark forces, and dark humans, to assist in moving them to surrender.  This surrender has happened and we are just waiting now for the public announcement to acknowledge this to the world.  Once that happens, the technologies will finish being shut down around the planet and within humans, the clean up can happen to restore our planet to health and wholeness and we will shift onto a timeline of Oneness, and be reunited with our divine selves.  So all the inner work will have served to assist us in getting to this point and in living in Oneness once this shift happens.  Each time someone wakes up, takes back their power, the dark loses and is informed of the loss of their control.

John and I have targeted for this transition to happen with peaceful surrender and not arrests and trials, as that supports a timeline of Oneness and love, and those we are working with in these sessions have been targeting the same.  Even after the shift though, I believe that it will still be important and valid to learn to take back our power.  We will be living in a new world, reconnected to our ability to create and manifest, so we will be adjusting to this new way of being in a new world.

So now….for some ideas on taking back our power:

In 2013, I was on one of my favorite hikes, the West Fork in Sedona, AZ.  The trail winds back and forth across a river bed, in between lovely striated red and black cliffs.  As I began my walk, I was led to start stating, out loud, things I was choosing to release and forgive within me….being a victim….and that led me to release all the ways humanity had been victims…and that led me to release and forgive all the perpetrators ….being angry….leading to releasing all the anger in the world…leading to releasing all the situations and controls in the world that led to that anger….on and on I named things…some in broad general terms, others in specific incidents, individuals and habits.  I did this all the way in until I had finished that part of the journey.  I stopped and rested, taking time to soak in the beauty of my surroundings and all that had been released.  On the way back, I felt this tug on my shirt, feeling a strong energy and guidance, and so I started taking back my power from that person I had felt victimized by, then taking back power for all those who had felt victimized, then taking back power for all those who had gotten stuck in being abusers….on and on it went through all the list I had been releasing for on the way in, all the way to my return to the trail head.

In 2012, I was led to do a ritual to take back my power.  I wanted it to be something fun. and I wanted to use something that I could eat, so I could get a tangible feeling of taking my power back into me, to assimilate, to be nourished by, to reabsorb back into my system.  So I created the M and M ritual.

I’ve been using stevia for many months now, so could not consume an M and M now, but back then, it worked.  You could use anything…almonds, strawberries, jello shots if that is your thing, anything that brings you comfort and pleasure.  I love creating sacred circles, so I placed a mug, that to me symbolized power, into the center of a circle.  All around the circle I placed markers for each person, situation and event that I was going to take back my power from, some with physical objects that represented them, others with just the name written on a piece of paper.

I called in the four directions and all the spiritual beings that I call in for my sacred circle.  Then I sat there, and taking an M and M in my hand, I spoke of the person, situation, event, feeling, ailment, etc. and how I had given my power away to them, placing an M and M next to their marker. I did this for everything around the circle. Then, I went around again and ceremoniously took each M and M from each marker, announcing that I was now taking back my power, and placed each M and M, in the mug. I took my time to acknowledge the act of taking back my power from each of these people, ailments, circumstances.  Then, finally, I ate the M and M’s, one by one, again, taking the time to acknowledge, that I was now returning the power to me from giving it away to ……fill in the blank.  I chose to use M and M peanuts, as I wanted to acknowledge how nuts it is to give away our power. It may look sweet in the moment and be dressed in alluring colors..but at the core, it is nuts!!!

Remembering Infinity: Working Through the Hurt

I really like this post. I know it is different than the posts I normally make but i found it valuable so wanted to share it.

Once the shift happens, i feel we will be much better connected to source and our higher wisdom, authentic self, and so these experiences won’t affect us as much or if at all. In the meantime, I can relate to the rejection though as walking around being a 1500 watt bulb isn’t very comfortable for many people and instead of owning it as their stuff, they tend to sometimes reject or attack me and/or other lightworkers.

Remembering Infinity

In those dark moments when you may feel abandoned and unloved, remember that you are loved!

Of all the difficult emotions we experience in life, one of the ones I seem to deal with the most has been the feeling of rejection and hurt. As a child, I recall the sting I felt when I’d done something wrong and received a spanking as punishment—and the worst pain I felt wasn’t to my backside. It was more what I seemed to feel in my heart. Many times I didn’t fully understand what I’d done wrong and, at once, I felt hurt, saddened, and unloved. I’d cry, run to my room, then pout and stomp around for awhile—usually until I became distracted by something else and eventually forgot I was upset.

As The Sun Is Setting On the Dark….How About Some Love And Appreciation For All The Lightworkers!

 

We are near the end friends, the end of the era of the dark’s rule over this planet.  Yes, it hasn’t fully happened yet, but the information John and I are receiving is that we are almost “there”.  I don’t know about you, but I can see the finish line and feel like I’m on my belly, bruised, bleeding, dragging myself to that line.  Between all the shifts going on within our bodies as we prepare for ascension and how hard all lightworkers have been working, this life and others, it is no wonder that many of us feel exhausted.  Then you can add in the dark’s technologies placed within human, and especially lightworkers, trying to prevent us from doing the work to bring forth the light, and all the technologies used to keep us ill, confused, and poisoning our water, air and soil, it’s a miracle we’ve all survived.

So this is just a short post to honor all of you….all your work, your dedication to the light, your dedication to a New World of peace.  I’m honoring light workers, activists, whistleblowers, all of the people marching in unity in France and other countries, across America in Fergusion, Wall Street, standing up for a planet based on Oneness, Freedom, Equality.  I’m honoring who you are, and all you give of yourself to your families and the world.  I appreciate you and thank you for your service.  I’m honoring all who are working on this planet to bring forth new light based governments, new light based financial systems, new light based medias. Your family and friends and the world might not be acknowledging you right now, but they will once the shift happens and they realize how much you have given of yourself to bring this shift about. So from the bottom of my heart Thank You!

I also want to thank my blog friends and other friends who have supported me through this long on the road journey of mine.  You have literally kept me alive and helped me keep my hope and focus.

And lastly, I want to thank John Ross, for inviting me to the table to do the work we are doing together, for his varied support, encouragement, healing and mentoring provided these last 2+ years, as well as for all you do to help humanity….your courageous blog, your healing sessions for others,  your dedication to ousting the dark and bringing forth the light and all the sacrifices you make to do this.

Humanity and the planet have suffered greatly from the rule of the dark and it is almost time for this to be over.  Together we will be able to move forward unhindered anymore, fully supported to heal ourselves and the world.  So let’s join hands…in love, appreciation, respect, honor and gratitude, in Unity, to prepare to welcome the light fully.

Love Is REALLY All We Need!

This post is an update/progress report about the work I was led to do on Jan. 1st, to help assist in the final dark surrender contract signing and leading to the roll out of the light agenda. But first…a story….

At the place I’m presently staying I’ve been doing various activities from organizing, cleaning, giving massages to my host and her family, some house maintenance stuff and gardening.  I’d been working on yard clean up and weeding for days, putting in an hour to one and a half hours a day.   Now I happen to like clover, have often used red clover for medicinal purposes, but to my host’s thinking, it is a weed, therefore it needs to be pulled and discarded.  On Jan. 1st, I was working to weed a long row of a short hedge.  There was quite a bit of clover sticking through. At first, I was just picking the tops one by one, which was not only time consuming but I realized I wasn’t getting the root, and so it would regrow.  So then I started pulling the prickly hedge apart to get down toward the ground. Even though my hands got scratched up, I found that if I took the time to get near the root and main stem, the plant with several branches and thus tops, came out easily with one pull and more was accomplished.   While noticing this, I was hit with the guidance that if John and I, with the help of the team, could identify the main person stonewalling the complete physical surrender and signing of the surrender agreement contract, and apply some technique or pressure, he would shift and thus shift the entire group stonewalling and the surrender could go through.

Later, while talking to John, I shared my information given to me and the work I was feeling guided to do.  John listened but was going through his own process that day and unable to do a session.  I told him that I was guided to do it alone.  It took me a few hours to feel the time was right to do the session.  I often will do an abbreviated invocation of the team and cast a sacred circle to work alone while I am around the house, at the beach or on a walk, but that day, I was led to call in the complete light team and also team of observers that John and I normally call in and to cast the circle fully in the manner we typically use.

As John has mentioned in his blog http://www.freedom4humanity.wordpress.com these sessions are like meetings but created in sacredness, with great care taken to make sure we are protected, that we are fully under cosmic and universal law, on the timeline of Oneness, receiving and sharing information from only the highest truth and highest sources.  They are conducted like business meetings with spiritual activities included.  John and I are there as advisers and consultants,  in service to the team and the light agenda.  I addressed the whole team, sharing my gardening story and the guidance I had received, then asked if it was true, was there really just one kingpin person that if he could be reached and shifted, it would shift all the rest and allow the surrender to take place. The answer given was yes.  So I then asked what I could do to support or bring about that person shifting. I was told if I would channel love and light to that person, the shift would happen.

I have done this for years to assist in manifesting goals, smoothing relationship challenges and many other uses.  So I got myself physically in place, put my hands up facing outward, and asked the key person to step forward. Then I asked the team to join me in channeling love and light toward this person.  Since I have often used the practice of channeling inaudible notes, melodies and songs into a person in my healing sessions and also into situations and countries in need of help, I added in the piece of doing this for this person. I could feel the energy flowing through my entire body and stayed with the process until I could feel the energy stop.  During that time, the energy expanded to not only fill the person but ultimately surround the planet  and fill humanity as well.  Also, during the experience, I asked the team to help this man open to receive all this love, light and music, for healing and to help bring him into harmony with his divine self and mission.

Afterwards, I asked the spokesperson if it was complete and he said yes.  I asked what was happening then, and he said that the man had shifted, the entire group of stonewallers had then shifted, and any other floaters resisting shifted and the contract was now completely and fully signed, with the surrender now ready for a full public announcement of the surrender of the dark and the roll out of the light agenda for the world.  I felt stunned and asked again to make sure this was true. I was told it was true and that the announcement would happen on Jan. 2nd.  The plugged ear signal I’d had since before Thanksgiving, the signal for the full dark surrender, started to shift, my ear started to open and then closed, so I knew it had almost happened but then run into snags. I proceeded to do all the regular things we normally do in our sessions, the healing/clearing circle, and clearings on a few topics. On Jan. 2nd, I wasn’t surprised to find that there had been some complications and the announcement was now in discussion but not complete, as that was my experience with the ear unplugging then plugging up again.

On Jan. 2nd we received the information that the announcement could have happened but it was stopped to work out some details.   John asked to see the fully signed contract and it was shown to him.  We were told that the team in charge of this needed some work, so we helped to set up alliances and focused our normal healing/clearing circle  and other clearings on our regular topics but put special emphasis on the announcement and the light roll out. We also focused on bringing the team into harmony and connection.

On Jan. 3rd, since we received information of the stalling, I was given guidance that evening to add in an energy medicine technique of using the infinity symbol between two people, taking your hand starting facing the other person, curving up and over toward the other person, coming down toward yourself, then up and toward yourself, then curving down to complete the infinity symbol on it’s side, to bring harmony and balance to a relationship. So I called out different pairings of each of the announcement team members and also the roll out/announcement as an entity itself, until I had done that with all the available pairings. Then I was led to place each of them on the points of the Star of David and connect each of them in that way and empower them with the Star of David, for clarity, intention of purpose, alignment and harmony.  We are now including  in our sessions both the blast of love, light and music and the infinity symbol and Star of David techniques  for the announcement and roll out team and anyone else who cares to receive them.

Yesterday I asked Mr. X, as we call him, the stonewaller that shifted on Jan. 1st, why he even was willing to step forward on Jan. 1st, as he had told us the day before that without that love intervention, he could have stonewalled for two more years.  He informed us that he is a high light being, and he walked into the body of Mr. X, during that Jan. 1st session, with the agreement of the soul aspect that had been there to walk out for awhile, that the love blast assisted in this walk in experience and helped the new Mr. X to feel at home and to help make the transition easier for him.  He also stated that this is something that the light does, come in and take care of some messy business and then hand the body back to the original soul if that soul chooses to return.  So the new Mr. X will have to withstand the disclosure of all Mr. X’s dirty deeds and then go about restoring Mr. X’s relationships and assist in cleaning up the dark deeds and their outcome.  I was teary realizing the commitment this soul was making.

So good news friends, the end is finally in sight, after millions and millions of years.  And in the end, it truly was LOVE that made the difference and in the beginning and continuation of the New World to be, LOVE truly will be the order of the New Day!!!
