Another Poem – The Name We Give To It

Standard

My focus remains on my work to assist in shifting this planet and humanity into the light. I still work 24/7 out of body along with my daily and sometimes more, sessions, working with a large team of off planet, on planet beings and beings of light.  I still go through occasional attacks from the dark but somehow I make it through it all and keep going. It isn’t easy but….it’s my path.  I feel we are very close to the shift!

In the meantime, here is another one of my poems from the archives:

The Name We Give To It

These walls and barriers you’re trying
to break through
are the same ancient walls
everyone’s known.
Thomas Merton says we’re all a
broken bag of bones.
It’s the mending that creates
the pain….
that’s just a name
we give to it.

Rooms 12

This struggle you feel and sometimes
run away from
is the same cryptic struggle
that brings wisdom.

Buddha says that it’s all
a created illusion.

It’s the attachment that creates
the pain….
that’s just a name
we give to it.

Stupa in Sedona with buddha to the side Dec. 29 2012

This suffocation and unconsciousness
you’re drowning in
is the same soul’s separation
that leads to oneness.

Janis Joplin sings we need to try
just a little bit harder.

It’s the fear that creates
the pain….
that’s just a name
we give to it.

Strange cloud arrangement

This love and relationship you sometimes
back away from
is the same passionate fire
that forges empowerment.

Rumi says to break the wine glass
and fall toward the glass blower’s breath.
It’s the pulling away that creates
the pain….
that’s just a name
we give to it.

Poem From Flag Mountain

Standard

Flaming geyser trailPhoto by Katelon T. Jeffereys

Fall is my favorite season.  It always has been even though it meant going back to school. I love the smells, the colors, the energy of moving forward…or at least that is how it feels for me.  Even though someone close to me died in the fall, every six years of my life, it has remained my favorite season.

It is a time of harvest.  So, it is a fitting time for this planet and humanity to finally and fully shift into the light and get the dark that has ruled this planet shut down and surrendered….don’t you agree?

So here’s to harvesting a new world of abundance, health, rejuvenation, cooperation, peace, harmony, wholeness and wondrous things for all!

          A Poem From Flag Mountain

In the woods
it is fall.
As evening comes
the quiet leaves
rustle their soon
goodbyes.
The coming dawn
settles its coolness
around the quiet
dampness of autumn.
I softly weave
through the darkness
to sing my praises
to Allah
to Fall
to you.

Heh!…..another Poem….and some rambling :)

Throughout my years of doing spiritual work, remembering other lifetimes, seeing and talking to Spirits, etc. I sometimes experience this challenge of ….is this real, is this truth, did this really happen, is this really happening?  This was especially true of the work I did with John Ross for 9 months straight, daily for most of that time, along with the private sessions I did daily during that time and still continue.  Since that work ended so shockingly and abruptly, it led me to really question the truth and reality of it.  I have been told over and over though, by the light beings and other energies of people I communicate with, that it was true, did happen, was beneficial. And so I haven’t missed a day of doing this work since that partnership work ended.

If you’ve been reading my blog for awhile you’ll know that as a child, doctors tried to inform my parents that I was crazy.  My parents decided it was just my imagination and luckily I wasn’t drugged, expect for the horrible toxic asthma drugs and the reactions those caused. But it led to many, many years of deep depression and suicidal thoughts as I tried to hide that part of me and questioned the guidance I had received, and then, the long wait it has been to truly receive the destiny I was told about at age 9.

But, as I tell my spiritual clearing work clients , hypnotherapy clients and past life regression clients, it doesn’t really matter whether it is a story you are imagining, tapping into Jungian defined collective consciousness or really happened/is happening, it doesn’t matter as if it is coming up for you, it is real to you. So then you can learn from it, contribute it to others, and shift it if you desire.

It sure makes much more sense to me than the crazy life we’ve been sold by the dark elite who have kept humanity enslaved and suffering for way too long.

In the end, I trust my guidance and believe that every thing we do with the intention of helping ourselves, each other, and the planet, is worthwhile and that at some point, THAT is the beautiful reality we will be living.

Heh!

Learn to listen
from within.
The truth arises
when I try
to know I know
and know not why.

Don’t be shy
question others.
The truth arises
when I pry
to know I know
and know not why.

Don’t back down
when others cry
they know me more
than I know I?
To know I know
and know not why.

Follow the beat
my drummer drums.
Follow and sing.
Soul will fly
To know I know
and know not why.

Wheels Go Round and Round……another poem

Wheels Go Round and Round

The medicine wheel spins round and round
through cycles of health and disease.
The trick is to welcome the whirling motion
and be at peace.

The Hindu wheel spins round and round
through cycles of lifetimes’ dreams.
The trick is to accept the whirling motion
and step off when you please.

The mandala of seasons spins round and round
through cycles of young and old.
The trick is to celebrate the whirling motion
and accept the growth of years.

The wheel of our love spins round and round
through cycles of intimacy.
The trick is to bless the whirling motion
and hold to the heart and love that
remains unchanged
in the center of it all.

Express Way…..another poem

Standard

This journey I’ve been on for 141 weeks now, this life I’ve lived since my mission was given to me at age nine, has been a veryyyyyy long journey. I know I have contributed to many people along the way AND I’m ready and wanting/intending to move forward now and get on to the next phase 🙂  highway-wallpapers-14

Express Way

On the freeway
running from….
familiar feel
yet different
This darkness somehow comforting
All around
Enfolding me
One with a long stream of lights
Running to

Rite of passage
feeling complete
the old doesn’t fit
can’t run back to it
Somehow there’s nothing to go back to
Past finished
No Ps’s
It just doesn’t fit anymore
Death to it

Releasing guilt
bondage
inhibition
X’s out
Familiar relationships that limit
Expression
Fulfillment
Joy and enthusiasm dancing
Evolution

Inner corridor
caught between
what doesn’t work
what will
Patience and trust wavering
Frustration mounts
Will it come?
Passageway narrowing, closing in
Leading to

Dreams and visions
promises of
divine plan
Spirit calling
Long and tiring journey
Preparation complete
Fire hardened
Ready for the task
Please!!!!!

Light and dark

I was awake for quite awhile in the middle of the night, wondering what it is going to take for the Financial reset team and the surrender team to get things done and for the dark surrender to be complete. It has been so close for soooooo long, with so many things put in place to help bring this about and protect all those involved in bringing it about.

My thoughts were led to this poem of mine and especially the last verse/stanza….

Light flowing into darkness

Darkness flowing into light

We can usher in the change

If we rejoice in all our might.

In feeling these words, to me it means that light flows into the darkness, transforming it, and the darkness flows into the light, being transformed.  That was my objective when I took on this task of ousting the dark when it first arose, millions and millions of years ago….bringing it back to the light.

So rather than working, planning, worrying etc.perhaps it is time to rejoice….rejoice in the light, acting as if, knowing that in truth, it already IS done.

So I’m going to focus now on celebrating. How about you? Care to join me?

Much love, katelon

Survive or Celebrate….another poem

Standard

Those of you who have been reading my blog for awhile, know that I grew up remembering horrendous past lives of torture and heinous deaths, along with talking to spirits and knowing my destiny to come in this lifetime,  yet being told by doctors I was crazy and by my parents “face reality”. It took many, many years of counseling, various holistic therapies, working on myself and following my spiritual journey to heal that terror, fear and disconnect, and move into embracing who I am and the reality I believe in and work toward for myself and the world. This poem came from that journey.

Survive or Celebrate

A scared child sits inside
a strong woman’s breast.
Remembrances of a lonely
childhood sorrow and fears.

Do loved ones always leave?

Letting the child carry on
struggling to survive
in a world where dreams
aren’t reality.

Love shares joy and pain
commitments are for now
not forever.
Fight, defend
or let go and celebrate.

A battlefield or
a dance,
the choice is yours.

Poem…..Blossom

Standard

So friends…I’m going to share some of my poetry.  Hope you enjoy it Photo 16

Blossom

One color, many shades
from deep to pale to bright
Fragile and delicate, yet strong
Reflecting the moods and passions
arising from within and without
Manifesting in bubbles of bliss
Created by the environment
to nourish and support
weaker souls weary on the path and,
to add a moment of pause
and reflection for strong
souls passing through
Quiet, vibrant, boisterous
A symphony composed by God.
