Awareness

Over the last 9 years plus of my “on the road” journey and the work I’ve been consciously doing 24/7 to end the dark timeline and the power/greed etc of the dark, and restore the light timeline for this planet, I have learned to be even more of a detective than before.  I’ve been a lifetime activist and via my many metaphysical and spiritual experiences since childhood, I’ve learned to look under the surface of people and events.  Being an empath and becoming even more aware of that, I’ve learned that my body was already attuned to this “underneath”.  However, this work has taught me to also look at what is “making the waves” move, too. 

Activists learn to look “underneath”, just as you can look at the photo and see the rocks underneath the water, so they can identify where to focus their actions to attempt to remedy an injustice or support their desired outcomes.  I’m grateful for the activists in the world.  However, many haven’t learned to look at “what is making the waves”.  When you look at the water in the photo, the waves on the water, it is easy just to see the waves, or see the rocks beneath the water.  Often we don’t investigate or contemplate what is making the water move.  At the moment I took the photo it was windy, so the wind was making waves.  The dark have been behind so much of what activists have worked to change, but most activists have only been focused on the “underneath” and not realized the bigger/deeper picture of the dark systems and beings behind all of that.  So a law gets changed, someone new voted in, a new regulation put in place, a new cause or apology or movement happens.  But still nothing really changes on a deeper level, a sustaining level.  Wars, white supremacy, racism, slavery, oppression, genocide, destruction of the planet and environment, inequality, rights of all kinds taken away, poverty, sickness…..continue on and on and on.

So my work partner, John, and I have had to learn to dig deeper.  When I started this work I had hoped for success quickly.  I have learned though that the dark experiment has gone on for 6 to 7 million years and I’ve been in and out of incarnations ever since the beginning  attempting to shut it down and restore the original light design and timeline.  That’s a long time that the dark has had to put in place their dark agendas, propaganda, lies, weaponry, and structures to protect all that and more.  So it has taken an enormous amount of dark attacks on the project, John and me, especially me, to unravel it all.  And it has taken lots and lots of digging, questioning, and awareness.

I’m grateful for all the progress and soon we hope to finally achieve results.  I’m grateful for learning to look not just underneath but also at the powers and forces behind the surface effects.

Stillness, strength and inner peace.

Many years ago I was a disciple of Rajneesh/Osho.  One of my favorite meditations of his had this part where you were to spin like a whirling dervish. (Thank you for the inspiration “5thgenerationgirl.blog”).  It was an amazing feeling to have my body spinning round and round and my attention drawn to the complete stillness in the middle of me, inside -complete quiet and peace.   

John and I continue to do our 24/7 work to shut down the dark timeline and pave the way for the restoration of the light timeline of Oneness, Abundance, disclosure, truth and ALL living to serve the greater good of the ALL and Gaia.  I hold this outcome in my heart and soul and have for millennia.  I call this forth for all now.  I support you in your light, your love, your strength/stillness/peace.

Freedom

To my perception, the reflection of the sun on the water looks like a heart.  I am longing to live on the timeline of love, light, freedom, greater good for all, abundance, rejuvenation and healing, joy and community.  Since I have devoted ALL my lifetimes, since the beginning of my incarnations, toward shutting down the Dark’s experiment and control, it feels like time to finally succeed.

In the summer and all of 1988 and into 1989 and some beyond, I had a partial relief from my lifetime of Dark interference and my intentions and affirmations actually manifested in the physical.  There was still some dark interference but it was as if the Dark had given me a slight reprieve and the light was able to support me more.  I ended up in Humboldt county and much blossomed for me. I wrote more music for my guitar, I started teaching creative music and movement for children in a Native preschool and publicly, I started teaching public and business workshops, I drummed more and I started leading ceremonies.

I thought I’d mentioned one of my songs on the blog before but couldn’t find it.  The title was Freedom.  It had arisen after an inner child workshop I’d attended, from a vision I had during one of the exercises.  I had seen how the dark had locked me up and I freed myself by singing, releasing me from their imposed dungeon.

In the work with my spiritual work partner, John, sound has been an important aspect as light weaponry, to shut down the dark’s power structures and lift up humanity.  I’ve written in the past about the Sound keys I’ve channeled, (you can do a search for more info), and Sound ETs are part of our team and they channel sounds for these purposes as well.

It is time for this planet, this universe and all life to be living in freedom, to be living in a way and with the inherent powers Source designed for us in the beginning, before the dark experiment.   Project lockdown, control, and death needs to end.

Staying Positive and Inspired!

With all that is going on in the world, we all need help in staying positive and inspired.  With how challenging my daily work is to help free this planet and all life upon it, and how I’ve had to endure very painful regular energy level attacks due to staying committed to this work, I’ve had to make sure to surround myself with as much inspiration as possible.  I’ve been on the road for over 8 years, so my dwellings have been pretty temporary.   But I’ve managed to find simple and inexpensive items to keep myself uplifted.  I know that I carry their messages inside me most of the time, and it is how I live my life.  But the messages on physical items adds extra oomph to it all.

A few years ago, I stayed in a place that had a few children, so I had purchased a coloring book to share with them. I colored these three posters, with added suggestions I sought out from the children, and I’ve saved them to tape up on whatever walls are housing me at the time.

THE TIME IS NOW.  Yes, we are here to enjoy THIS moment, and do what we can to assist in changes NOW! 

JOY.  I spent 40 years researching how to fund, build and market an International wellness center, resort, eco-village, as well as searching for funding to get it going.  As part of that process, I made a list of values that this/these places will be based upon and number one was : To inspire others to rediscover wonder and joy.  I realize now that the work I’m doing needed to be done first and the planet needed to be firmly upon a new light timeline for these centers to be created.  This JOY poster reminds me to still look for and claim JOY every day.

BEAUTY IS ALL AROUND. On my daily walks I find and connect to BEAUTY, and in each place I stay I connect with BEAUTY….clean sheets, a warm shower, a window to look out of, the variety of garage doors and windows and houses, flowers/bushes/trees/fences (even in alleys), creatures of all kinds, skies of all colors, sunsets and sunrises, people walking by…so much BEAUTY!

LIVE YOUR DREAM. I’ve been urged on all my life to fulfill my mission. This was inner/spiritual urging as the outer world told me I was wrong and crazy and my parents just told me to join reality.  In a spiritual visitation when I was 8, I was told what I was here to do.  I argued with them because from age 3 on I had remembered getting tortured and killed for doing this work and failing in my mission, over and over. I was assured that it would succeed this time and I would be safe.  Now…after a lifetime of interference by the dark and years of daily attacks, “safe”, is a relative term….but I’m alive and protected.  Doctors told my parents I’d be dead by 30 due to me being so ill, but I’ve outlived that greatly.  And what keeps me going is the light supporting me and to LIVE MY DREAM….and not give up.

LIVE WHAT YOU LOVE.  Even after rejuvenation is available and much longer lifetimes are attainable, life is too short to not LIVE WHAT YOU LOVE.  And when the dark timeline is shut down and we are living on the new timeline of Oneness and Abundance, freed from economic slavery, we’ll be able to more easily LIVE WHAT WE LOVE.  We all have talents, capabilities, skills, and visions we’ve gathered in other lifetimes, along with our divine qualities built into the original design for our bodies and existence.  We all are unique, made of light and love, with so much to give and share.  And as we LIVE WHAT WE LOVE, we shine out and inspire others and contribute to all creation.

FOLLOW YOUR HEART.  One of the ways the dark has interfered with humanity is to cut us off from our full connection with Source, our divine capabilities and our inner guidance, the HEART.  This has kept us feeling separate from Source, from each other, and believing that there is something wrong with us and our body and natural ways of being are evil.  Philosophers and religion added to that distortion and separated us from our guidance, our HEART, and our bodies and placed us purely in our heads, which the dark did a great job of distorting even more.  The more we turn away from the back part of our brain, the reptilian part of flight or fight, into the front part of our brain that enables us to gather information, listen to the signals of our gut and HEART, and make new decisions and take new action, we stay in love, we stay in peace, we have access to all our resources within and around us.  And by FOLLOWING OUR HEART, we are more easily able to LIVE WHAT WE LOVE,  LIVE OUR DREAM, feel JOY, see the BEAUTY ALL AROUND us and within us and know that THE TIME IS NOW to embrace it all.

May we soon usher in the new light timeline and shut down the dark forever, throughout creation, and move on to live the lives we were meant to live, with all resources available to support that, on a healed and whole planet, within this vast creation of love and light.

11 Years on WordPress!

I started this blog to “come out of the closet” as a spiritual/metaphysical person. I had spent so much of my life being judged, diagnosed, rejected, and much more for my metaphysical and spiritual experiences and knowledge growing up. I had learned to hide it all and attempt to fit in as “normal”.  So I wanted to make a stand in my life publicly and just put all of me out here. 

I started another blog, https://katelontjeffereys.wordpress.com/ to be the site for my reviews of various resorts, wellness centers and retreat centers that I’ve visited during my almost 8 years on the road.  One of the resorts wanted the link to my blog so they could share my review in their online newsletter. I decided it was best to keep my spiritual/metaphysical blog and the more “professional” reviews separate. So I hurriedly took all my walks, hikes, photography and reviews off this blog and put it on my “Walk With Me” blog.  I haven’t posted there in awhile as I’m out of room in my media allowance and waiting until after the shift to have the funds to pay for a WP plan.  Right now, I’m living on faith and donations.

I started out including on this blog, articles I had written for local spiritual and new age newspapers, and online sites as well.  This blog was also a place to somewhat market my 40 year career as a spiritual/emotional/physical holistic therapist, trainer and coach.  I used to occasionally post book reviews, music and movie reviews, recipes and other random posts amidst my spiritual posts. 

For quite awhile though my focus has been more on the almost six year daily work I’ve been doing, sometimes alone and sometimes with my work partner/John, to shut down the dark’s weapons/governments and power and control on this planet and help usher in the new and original timeline for this planet. This timeline is governed by Source law, truth, greater good and is based on light, love, Oneness and abundance for ALL.

I declare that it is time for this to be harvested!   May it be so NOW!

Claiming the New Timeline!

In our session today I told my story of the Turquoise Toyota 4 Runner to my spiritual work partner, John.  It is such an amazing story/experience I had in 1990 that I wanted to share it with all of you. And…I might have told it before but it is worth sharing again.  I’m telling it not only because it was a very physically and metaphysically exciting experience but also because presently, most people on this planet are still very much entrenched with believing in a very dark timeline.  Most people on this planet are still giving their power away to that dark illusion.

As divine beings, created by Source, we were designed to have amazing bodies that healed themselves.  Before dark ET’s re-engineered our DNA and bodies, humans had extremely long lives.  We also had the ability to manifest things into the physical. The bible and other religious and spiritual books tell of these feats of manifestation.  But the dark and their control structures have so far managed to shut that down for the most part and with the propaganda so prevalent now in the media and social media, the dark have mostly managed to keep people in fear and under their control. The dark has kept humanity from their divinely designed abilities.

So I want to share this story to present another side to what we are capable of achieving.

In Sept. 1987 my beloved small lime green Toyota pickup and camper shell were totaled when a car crashed into me coming from a side street.  It was so jarring and violent; I didn’t drive again for months.  At the time, my Mom was working for the high school voc-tech department in my home town.  She had the mechanic dept. pick out a supposedly in great condition big used Oldsmobile sedan for me.  Having mostly had small foreign station wagons, a VW bus, and my small pickup, I was not only embarrassed by this boat of a car but it turned out to have major problems and I’d put 2 engines in it by 1990.

In my imagination, I kept visualizing my ideal vehicle, a Toyota 4 runner, in a light turquoise color that they didn’t even make at the time.  I was using vision boards and doing regular visualizations at the time.    My son had left for college and he had requested that I make a tape of me singing and playing guitar, including all the songs he had grown up listening to me play.  At the time I had been playing regularly with a great guitarist who lived in the Humboldt County where I was living.  He had a recording studio in his home.  So we went into his studio one evening and I recorded a 90 min. tape of me playing all the songs my son had requested.

I had invited a friend to come listen to us record.  After the recording session, I left my boat of a car parked in front of my guitar friend’s home and this friend and I went to eat. When we drove up to the home after dinner, I looked out his car’s windshield, and there parked on the street, where my car had been parked, was a turquoise Toyota 4 runner, the exact same color I had been visualizing.  I was stunned.  I shook my head, sure I was seeing things, but there it was in the physical.

I got out of his car and walked toward the 4 runner, thinking surely, it will disappear now and my boat car will be there in its place. But the 4 runner remained.  I walked up to the door, key in hand, and again, was sure it would turn back into my old car.  But the 4 runner remained.  I put my key in the door of the 4 runner, and still it remained. I could feel the door, see the color.  I stepped into the vehicle, to sit down on the seat, and I was sitting in the 4 runner. I could feel the seat beneath me, see out the windshield to the hood of the 4 runner, see the turquoise color on the hood, look around inside the vehicle….and still it remained the 4 runner.  I put my key in the ignition.  Still it remained.  It wasn’t until I turned the key that it turned back into my old car.

I believe that we are at that tipping point in replacing this dark illusion timeline with the new timeline of Oneness and Abundance.  In truth, this dark timeline is extinct.  You can see that in this false flag pandemic stream, the amount of corruption in almost every government in the world, the continued march toward the destruction of the planet, the racism being revealed and protested around the world.  This dark illusion timeline has kept all life and the planet on a dark detour and it is time for us to reclaim our sovereignty and light based evolutionary path. It is time for us to reclaim our divinity and connection with Source and our Oneness with each other and all life. It is time for us to be living in abundance in all ways, focused on the greater good for all, not just a few.

We have this ability to stand in our power and claim the truth of this new timeline and welcome the end of this present insanity.  So I’m taking this step now to claim that vision, and sustain that vision, a vision that remains past turning the key, and carry that vision into a new bright future for all.  Care to join me?

The Beauty of Diversity.

I grew up always enjoying that there were people of other colors.  My background would be considered “white” as my Mom’s heritage was a Russian Jew Father, German Jew Mom, and my Dad’s heritage was English/Irish/German. My Mom had experienced discrimination and my Dad’s dad wasn’t excited about him marrying a Jew.  My Dad’s sister married a Japanese man in the 50’s, so that challenged my Grandfather, too.  But my family mostly seemed to not differentiate between races.  The small town I grew up in seemed to be divided though between north of the tracks and south of the tracks.  We had some Latino migrant children in my elementary school and they were treated poorly by some of the other students.  That behavior just never made any sense to me.  I was always sticking up for them and asking for more understanding from others.

Over the years my activism grew.  If you’ve read any of my other posts you’ll know that I was always very different, at least inside. I tried to fit in and played in my neighborhood like the rest of the kids, but with my experiences since age 3 of remembering past lives of torture and horrible deaths because of working to shut down the dark, knowing my mission this life time and my many spiritual experiences, I just couldn’t share this stuff with anyone. When I did, I was labeled crazy. I went through my own discrimination experience when a club against me was started at the beginning of my 5th grade experience and lasted the entire year, with no students in class talking to me.  But my experience, although extremely damaging and painful, was quite minor compared to what people of color experience every day, in all aspects of their lives.

Just like these flowers though, even though they are different than flowers I’ve seen in the past, they are each unique in their beauty, their fragrance, the light they bring to the world. 

Each deserves to be cared for, tended, protected, and nourished so they can grow to their potential, enjoy a full season of life, and in that way, they thrive and share all their beauty with all who see them.

Shouldn’t every human have those same opportunities?  Shouldn’t every human have a place where they are safe, honored, respected, just the same as all other humans?  Shouldn’t they be able to live their seasons of life safely, fully and completely without it being cut short?

The sun shines on all these flowers, even though they aren’t a rose, a daisy, a pansy, or an orchid.  The rains come or the watering can to feed and nourish them the same as a lily or gardenia. They are tended, cared for, viewed for their beauty even though they are different. They were chosen for these gardens for their difference, for the diversity.

How wonderful it would be if all humans were treated the same – held in honor for their difference… Blacks, Latinos, Asian, Native Americans, appreciated for their uniqueness…..valued for their humanity, just as Whites, all part of the human race.  Just as these flowers are all a part of nature labeled blossoms.  Some prefer more sun than others, some thrive in other climates than others, and some prefer more water than others. But they are all flowers. They are all beautiful. They are all special.

I’m looking forward to the new timeline of Oneness and Abundance, where we all recognize we ARE all One.  There is more that unites us rather than divides us.  A timeline where we recover our Oneness with Source and all the power, capabilities, and gifts that includes.  A timeline where we accept our stewardship of this beautiful planet while we welcome other civilizations from other planets and universes that although they might look differently than us, might have different views, skills, and knowledge, we recognize the spark of divinity in all, thus see them as One, too.  A timeline where abundance, safety, respect, a home, clean water, electricity and all needs are taken care of for all.

Harmony vs Dissonance!

I was thinking the other day of all the ways that the dark secret governments have used to keep all humanity enslaved, separate from their divine nature, separate from each other. Enforced economic slavery, poverty, duality, wars, and many other means have been used to dumb people down, steal their power, block and interfere with their gifts and talents.  When people are taught to distrust and compete with others, it keeps people from coming together and demanding change.  The dark have distorted the air, water, soil, food supply, health care….on and on.  But to me, the most insidious is how they created dissonance in its pure form of vibration.

Masaru Emoto, a Japanese Scientist, studied the effect of our thoughts and emotions on water.  High vibration feelings like love and joy created beautiful and coherent patterns in the water. Anger and other darker more dissonant emotions created more chaotic patterns in the water.  This work out-pictured what the dark have focused on using their dark magic, AI, technology and other weapons.   Think about this….the dissonance affecting you on a basic level in what you eat, what you think, how you relate to your family, your partner and others in the world. You have probably experienced the feeling of walking into a room where people have just argued and you can feel it tangibly.

Before the mid-1800’s musical instruments had an A tuned to 432 hz, a heart centered vibration, calming and harmonious.  A dark German scientist, Scheibler, started experimenting with changing that to 440 hz…more head centered, more unbalanced.  By 1936 the US adopted this tuning so that all instruments in western countries, all western music, is formed by instruments putting dissonant notes into the music we listen to. Mozart and Verdi stayed with the 432 hz tuning and Mozart especially is known for composing music that is calming and balancing. Pythagoras used the 432 hz for his healing music.  Sound healers today are going back to that 432 hz vibration for tuning.

Medicine in the US used to include homeopathy to a much larger extent. There were homeopathic hospitals and medical schools. Homeopathy operates on the belief that illness is an organ/system/body out of harmony.  Homeopathic medicines were created from natural substances that were diluted down until they were just an essence of the substance.  For example…if a person were to take arsenic they’d exhibit a group of symptoms.  If those symptoms are evident in a patient, the homeopathic remedy, just an essence of arsenic, is given to the patient with those symptoms bringing them back into harmony and thus health.  So homeopathy focuses on bringing a body/mind/emotion back from dissonance to harmony.  Once chemicals were seen for the profit they could create, “scientific studies”, slanted ones, were published to vilify homeopathy and embrace chemical medicines.  Homeopathic hospitals and medical schools were shut down and the American Medical Association was created and all homeopathic doctors were kicked out.  Dissonance in health care has been firmly in place since then.

The same thing has happened with the introduction of chemicals into food production, including GMO’s. Chem trails have been used to spew dissonant chemicals into our air, chlorine and fluoride put in water, all to flood our bodies with dissonance.  And look at most religions with the focus on “Original sin”, teaching dissonance within us at the center of our existence, as if we needed to be at war with our own creation.  Women in most religions are seen as seductresses and/or as less than the male.  All of this dissonance is supported to keep us at war within ourselves and with each other, as we breathe in dissonance in our air, dissonance in our food and water and  listen to dissonance in our music.  No wonder most families, romances, and relationships are filled with conflict, not to mention countries and cultures. But this is the dark timeline.

So imagine on the new light timeline, being in harmony within yourself, with your mental/emotional/physical/spiritual/energetic self in harmony. Imagine having your relationship with Source, your own divinity, your talents and skills and inherent abilities operating in harmony.  Imagine all your relationships grounded in harmony….your home, your towns, your country, the world….all operating in harmony and balance.  Notice how calming that feels, how relaxing with no energy needed to combat dissonance.  Imagine your physical systems, organs and glands operating in the divinely designed harmonious and whole design. Imagine health care based on and using substances and techniques based on harmonious vibrations.  I am so ready for THAT timeline and work for it every day.

Happy Mother’s Day! A Hug for You!

Happy Mother’s Day! I read yesterday that Mother’s Day in the US was actually started by a group of women who had lost children in the Civil War.  They realized that wars are never the answer as they leave children dead on all sides. So they started this movement to end all wars, and commemorated this on Mother’s Day.

I can understand their motivation and it still is valid to this day, not only in regards to wars but also to all those children lost to violence due to racism from all sides,  and those children lost to violence due to discrimination of all kinds.  I’ve dedicated my lives to doing the work I do to end ALL the dark agendas that bring harm to us all and to our Mother Earth.

So today I am sending love and well wishes to all Mothers, whether you are a Mother of human children, animals, and/or plants, and to those Fathers who are Mother/Father to children, raising them alone. I am sending love and well wishes and gratitude to the Divine Feminine in us all that nurtures, and urges us to tend and care for others and all life.

May we soon be free of the dark that binds and controls us and move onto a timeline of Oneness that honors all, that imbues us with the experience of our Oneness so that harm does not come to anyone, nor to the planet anymore.

We Need Your Willingness To Be A Different “Duck”.

I have taken a photo of this duck two different springs now.  I have asked bird photographers about the specie of this duck. I have stepped through “identify the bird/duck” quizzes.  I have plied through photo after photo online. And still, the only identifier anyone has come up with for me is that it must be a by product of two different breeds mating.  Whatever it is, whoever this duck is….it looks different. And that’s great!

During this world wide I don’t know what to call it, it is important to stand out, stand up for your rights and for truth.  I can’t argue that something is making people sick and killing some people, although my information is that the numbers are way less than the ones being reported.  But in session after session, my spiritual work partner, John, and I have received information that it is not what is being told to the world to justify the lock-down and immense financial devastation that has been the result of the lock-down.

Some articles have come out, not in main stream media, that do report different info than the norm. Some are propaganda and some contain some truth.  I am absolutely certain that those presently held in esteem as way showers in this have incredibly dark pasts with financial ties for them to profit off this, along with shady histories of silencing truth.

In our work we ask questions only of Source and have a system in place to make sure we are only getting true answers not interfered with by the dark, our ego or conscious minds, then we double and triple check that over days and weeks.  I’m looking forward to the time when all media only prints truth, real truth.

In the meantime, please take care of yourselves.  I have at times attempted to speak out to acquaintances in person and on Facebook and mostly it just gets me attacked.  So I’m learning when to speak out and when not to.  But I feel that during this event that has shut down the world, it is important to speak out, be different.  There are so many instances throughout history where entire countries and civilizations let themselves be led down a very dark path.

We will make it through this to the light because of those willing to risk to stand up for truth, love and light.  And those who do the work to end this madness that rules our world and bring forth a new timeline, a new way of being that is our true divine evolutionary path – a world and governments that serve the Greater Good of the planet and all life upon it. So be different, stand out, stand strong.
