Stillness, strength and inner peace.

Even though our emotions and the outer world might appear ragged right now
Even though our attention is often led to focus on this chaos
This unraveling
There remains a strength that sustains us underneath
There is hidden a strong root system
Extensive and renewing
Regenerative

Amidst the cold and sometimes bitter chill of the dark
Amidst the flashing crises calling to us from many venues
Alarming, instilling fear
There exists an inner stillness
Movement can’t cloak it
Nourishing and soothing
Abundant

Many years ago I was a disciple of Rajneesh/Osho.  One of my favorite meditations of his had this part where you were to spin like a whirling dervish. (Thank you for the inspiration “5thgenerationgirl.blog”).  It was an amazing feeling to have my body spinning round and round and my attention drawn to the complete stillness in the middle of me, inside -complete quiet and peace.   

John and I continue to do our 24/7 work to shut down the dark timeline and pave the way for the restoration of the light timeline of Oneness, Abundance, disclosure, truth and ALL living to serve the greater good of the ALL and Gaia.  I hold this outcome in my heart and soul and have for millennia.  I call this forth for all now.  I support you in your light, your love, your strength/stillness/peace.

Freedom

To my perception, the reflection of the sun on the water looks like a heart.  I am longing to live on the timeline of love, light, freedom, greater good for all, abundance, rejuvenation and healing, joy and community.  Since I have devoted ALL my lifetimes, since the beginning of my incarnations, toward shutting down the Dark’s experiment and control, it feels like time to finally succeed.

In the summer and all of 1988 and into 1989 and some beyond, I had a partial relief from my lifetime of Dark interference and my intentions and affirmations actually manifested in the physical.  There was still some dark interference but it was as if the Dark had given me a slight reprieve and the light was able to support me more.  I ended up in Humboldt county and much blossomed for me. I wrote more music for my guitar, I started teaching creative music and movement for children in a Native preschool and publicly, I started teaching public and business workshops, I drummed more and I started leading ceremonies.

I thought I’d mentioned one of my songs on the blog before but couldn’t find it.  The title was Freedom.  It had arisen after an inner child workshop I’d attended, from a vision I had during one of the exercises.  I had seen how the dark had locked me up and I freed myself by singing, releasing me from their imposed dungeon.

In the work with my spiritual work partner, John, sound has been an important aspect as light weaponry, to shut down the dark’s power structures and lift up humanity.  I’ve written in the past about the Sound keys I’ve channeled, (you can do a search for more info), and Sound ETs are part of our team and they channel sounds for these purposes as well.

It is time for this planet, this universe and all life to be living in freedom, to be living in a way and with the inherent powers Source designed for us in the beginning, before the dark experiment.   Project lockdown, control, and death needs to end.

Re-blogging a poem I shared before

FB reminded me of this poem I posted in 2015.  It is still appropriate.  Time for a new life, a new timeline, a new world! I’ve been on the road for 453 weeks, living on faith, dedicated to the work of shutting down the dark timeline, clearing all in the way of that and assisting in moving forward onto the new timeline…the one we were designed for, the one that is the TRUE timeline for this planet.

We Were Designed For More!

 

Our bodies were originally designed to be immortal, self healing, and self rejuvenating.  Our design was set up for us to live as long as we choose to and then leave that body behind and make our next choice….time out of body or another body.  Even the highly manipulated bible speaks of people who were 500+ years old.  Dark civilizations manipulated our DNA to limit all that so disease could thrive and humankind could be controlled.
Just as these flowers appear in perfection, our design was a thing of beauty before the change.

 

We were also designed to be fully connected to Source, receiving guidance for how to live, know who we truly are to be and interact, how to provide for ourselves and how to live our mission and serve the greater good.  This foxglove in the correct amount can jump start and balance a heart in need. Our divine guidance was meant to alert us as to how much is just right, how much is deathly.  Many spiritual teachers have demonstrated this inborn connection and guidance.  But the dark have created many ways to interfere with that guidance system, leading humanity off its evolutionary path.

 

We were designed with divine capabilities to manifest what we need to nourish our bodies, procreate when we choose and not when we don’t, protect ourselves from the elements in a way that also cares for the planet.  Just as these vines shoot out flowers, one after another, all stunning, all instinctively reaching to the sun and earth to provide nutrients needed to bloom; we were designed to have that intrinsic knowing. These vines know when to bloom, how to bloom, and are capable of accessing what they need to do so. The dark has shut down many of these capabilities and spread lies and propaganda to make us question our own nature and guidance.

 

We were designed to live as One, supporting each other, nurturing each other, sharing this planet’s resources and living in abundance.  Just as these roses bloom together sharing the bush, leaves, and stems, trusting the soil and sunshine to feed them and support and sustain their growth, we were meant to support and trust each other. The dark uses fear and the story of lack to keep humanity turning against each other, accepting economic slavery as a way of life.

 

This planet was designed to be healthy, whole, peaceful, and bountiful, with seasons that are balanced to maintain abundance and all that life requires.  Just as trees burst forth with flowers that later produce fruit or seeds of some kind to grow into more trees, an endless supply of beauty, shade, oxygen, the planet was designed to regenerate and sustain its ecosystem.  The dark has subverted this balance with their drilling, mining, chemicals, wars, weather manipulation, and more.

 

Once the dark are shut down, along with all their weapons, systems, organizations, and interference, we can reclaim the original designs for the planet and humanity.  I am ready to live on THAT timeline, in Oneness, abundance, serving the greater good, in balance and harmony, empowered, connected in all ways, free at last to BE!  Thanks for reading, liking, commenting, and sharing.  I am grateful to share this journey with you.

I started this blog to “come out of the closet” as a spiritual/metaphysical person. I had spent so much of my life being judged, diagnosed, rejected, and much more for my metaphysical and spiritual experiences and knowledge growing up. I had learned to hide it all and attempt to fit in as “normal”.  So I wanted to make a stand in my life publicly and just put all of me out here. 

I started another blog, https://katelontjeffereys.wordpress.com/ to be the site for my reviews of various resorts, wellness centers and retreat centers that I’ve visited during my almost 8 years on the road.  One of the resorts wanted the link to my blog so they could share my review in their online newsletter. I decided it was best to keep my spiritual/metaphysical blog and the more “professional” reviews separate. So I hurriedly took all my walks, hikes, photography and reviews off this blog and put it on my “Walk With Me” blog.  I haven’t posted there in awhile as I’m out of room in my media allowance and waiting until after the shift to have the funds to pay for a WP plan.  Right now, I’m living on faith and donations.

I started out including on this blog, articles I had written for local spiritual and new age newspapers, and online sites as well.  This blog was also a place to somewhat market my 40 year career as a spiritual/emotional/physical holistic therapist, trainer and coach.  I used to occasionally post book reviews, music and movie reviews, recipes and other random posts amidst my spiritual posts. 

For quite awhile though my focus has been more on the almost six year daily work I’ve been doing, sometimes alone and sometimes with my work partner/John, to shut down the dark’s weapons/governments and power and control on this planet and help usher in the new and original timeline for this planet. This timeline is governed by Source law, truth, greater good and is based on light, love, Oneness and abundance for ALL.

I declare that it is time for this to be harvested!   May it be so NOW!

Discernment….Staying Calm Amidst the Lies!

For those of you who have been following my blog and work for awhile, you know that for over five years,  I and my spiritual work partner have been focused on shutting down this present dark timeline and those who created it and control it. (I’ve been focused on this task for actually millions and millions of years including all my lifetimes).  My spiritual work partner and I are focused on clearing the way so Disclosure can happen, TRUTH can be revealed and we can move onto a way of life that was the original divine design, of Oneness and Abundance, a timeline that focuses on the greater good of all.  It is a timeline that brings our bodies back to their original divine design as well.

On this present timeline, not all is what it appears to be.  In our work, we create a sacred circle, we call in those we are working with, on an energetic level, and we align fully with Source and Source within. We make sure that the dark isn’t interfering in anyway, nor are we being guided by ego or conscious/subconscious mind.  But still, at times we have been mislead.  What is really dark? What is really light? What is truth?  What is a lie or a dark distortion?

We follow the clues and information to figure out what actions to take, what work to do, asking Source each step of the way, if it is ours to do, if it serves the greater good, if it is available to us and if NOW is the time to do this work.

Sometimes the way is obvious, just as these tracks are obviously a Rabbit’s tracks:

Other times it might be more confusing, require more questions, more listening.  Sometimes I get one answer and John gets another, so we have to work through that until we both understand, both are clear and absolutely sure it is Source given information.  Just as these tracks appear to be a dog’s tracks….or a coyote’s….or……???.

Or sometimes it is really vague and we struggle to find a clear answer or direction. Then we have to listen more to find out what questions to even ask of Source.  Like these tracks…..3 footed Rabbit?!  3 footed Deer?!….What in the world is it?!

As we have managed to shut down more and more of what those in power have used to control this planet and humanity, they are scrambling.  They know the end is near, they know the light is winning.  They are doing all they can to keep humanity in panic and fear, to have  control.  

But you are stronger than that.  You have a direct connection with Source and Source within you.  You are formed by, filled with and surrounded by love and light.  You have an amazingly designed mind, emotional being, physical and spiritual being, designed for truth, discernment, Oneness, health, abundance. This present timeline would have you believe otherwise.  This present timeline would have you feel small and powerless.  That is NOT truth.

So tune in, tap into Source and the light and love.  You are safe in that love and light, you are empowered in Truth and discernment.  We are getting there…the new timeline is so close….ground and anchor in THAT timeline!

Moose Energy for the New Year!

While out walking a few days ago, I ran across this Moose youth calmly chewing on a neighbor’s bush.  Mom Moose was nowhere in sight and so I moved a little closer to take this photo.  When I have animals, birds, snakes, etc suddenly appear on my path, I take note and look up the meaning and gifts of this appearance.  Since in truth, we are all one, we all have gifts to share with each other, including YOUR gifts.  The trees, the sky, the water, the creatures, all have gifts to share. And that is just those we presently see, as there is so much more residing on other dimensions.

Since Moose appeared in my path so close to the New Year, I thought I would share Moose’s gifts with you to take into the New Year.  I truly believe that soon we will finally see the Shift into the light and the move onto a new timeline, the original timeline for this planet, before the dark took us on a very long depraved detour.  The gifts Moose offers will assist us greatly in this powerful transition.  They will help us transverse these changes with more comfort, ease and grace.

I looked at 4 websites that I like to use for this purpose and will share the links at the end.

You notice right away that Moose are strong and courageous, graceful and yet clumsy in a way.  They are fearless and resolute.  You can call upon these qualities to stand your ground.  YOU have a direct connection to Source and with that connection, you have a power that comes from following that guidance from within, trusting your inner authority, and seeking the truth, staying true to yourself, staying in integrity and following YOUR path.  Stand strong with your knowingness!  You will feel and know what is truth for you,and what actions to take.

Moose offers the gifts of confidence, self-esteem, and endurance.  So once you’ve tuned into your inner guidance and authority, guided by Source, you can move forward with grace and trust you will know what to say and do.  Moose have the ability to stand in their magnificent presence and yet they can also camouflage themselves.  This will aid you in knowing when to step out and be seen and heard, and when to retreat in silence…in strength, not fear or submission.

Moose have eyes that see separately, so they have great perception and awareness of all that is around them.  They can see things from different angles.  As the truth is disclosed and much of what we’ve been taught to believe is shown to be dark deception, it will be important for us to open our perception to the truths that have been hidden from us….about ourselves, our existence, Source, our planet, and every aspect of our lives.  We can tap into the ability of Moose to adapt, which will support us in moving forward on this new timeline with as much comfort and ease as possible.

On this new day of a new year and new decade, I send you much love, appreciation and gratitude, not only for taking your time to read, like, comment, follow and share my blog, but your willingness to share this journey with me as we go through such monumental shifts on this home planet we live on.  May it truly be a Happy New Year for ALL and for the planet itself. It is time for every aspect of life to be focused on the greater good for ALL and not just a few.

Reflections…..

Sometimes I look at reflections and just see the magic and beauty reflected.

The reflection seems to add depth to the scene or object I’m looking at.

Like looking at this sunrise reflected in the lake, I can look at a tree, a person, a flower and see my light, Source light reflected back to me.

But sometimes, in looking at another, the view gets distorted some.  New Age philosophy teaches that ALL others are just mirroring us.  I don’t agree.  Through my life and especially the last several years of my on the road journey and the work I’ve done daily to shut down the dark secret government and systems to make room for the return of the natural timeline of Oneness and abundance, I’ve seen the truth that that philosophy is just part of the vast dark propaganda to mislead us.  It excuses their dark behavior, it limits healthy actions on our part because we assume, they are just reflecting us, reflecting our darkness, continuing the lie that all life contains dark and light.  It pushes conscientious people to just work on themselves rather than take action to stop the dark’s actions.  Self reflection and growth IS important as it helps us grow and expand in our divine nature. But it’s important to live OUR truth, shine OUR light, not believe that we are shining out someone else’s darkness.

This is the reflection.  Yes there is some beauty. Yes there is some light.  But it is muddled, messy. 

This is the reality.

So in the midst of owning that our beliefs and perceptions DO color our life and how we view things, learn to see the difference between that and believing that all you see outside yourself in others behavior is a reflection of you. I used to own it all.  I have struggled to learn to set boundaries, honor myself more and ask for what I want or need.  So although at times, yes, we can learn from other’s darkness and it can be a catylst to help us set a better boundary.  But sometimes it calls us to just see that person or situation for what it is…..toxic and something to walk away from or do what we can to stop it.

I had friends that were a couple and they were very much into A Course of Miracles, a well known New Age philosophy and study.  He regularly cheated on her and when she would call him on it, he’d state it was just a reflection of her.  For a long time she believed him and owned it.  Finally, she woke up, honored herself more and held him accountable.

Another time, I had a “friend” who treated me horribly. She even stated one time “I wonder what it is about you that leads me to treat you so horribly?”.  She thought she was being sincere, truly looking for the answer within me.  I never chose to see her again.  Years later she wrote and apologized, owning up to the reason she had discovered within her that brought her to treat me so badly.

So I encourage you to learn to know your light within and like the sunrise on the lake, learn to know the difference between seeing that light reflected in another as yours when it IS yours, and theirs when you are connecting to a like soul as well as seeing clearing when you are facing a situation or person that truly has a dark agenda and not taking it on as a reflection of you!

You matter to me.  Your light is important to this world.  Let us all keep shining brighter until and beyond when the dark is no more!

Come Together!

On this July 4th, Independence Day, in the US, it is time for ALL of us to come together to claim TRUE Independence in all ways….for ourselves, our bodies and minds, our families, our towns, our countries, the planet and all life upon it.  It is time for us to claim Independence from the Dark Forces that enslave us, pollute our food/bodies/minds/lives/governments/the planet, with their lies, technologies, greed, and institutions that separate us, keep us in fear.

There is so much love and light flowing into our beings and the planet now to assist in us breaking free, healing, claiming our divine power and sovereignty; to assist us in healing in all ways.

Let us come together now to transform in ALL ways.  Now THAT is something to celebrate and rejoice!!!!

It’s All A Matter Of Perception

 I forgot I had taken this photo. At first, I couldn’t figure out where it was….was it a flood, water on the road, what exactly was it…then I remembered…it is a sunset photo of Mission Bay, Ingraham Street bridge and the ocean beyond, as seen from the neighborhood where I’m presently staying.  Life is like that now, too, for me, and perhaps many of you.

If I read the news or any of the many political emails I receive daily, the planet, the US, the climate, etc., seems like a disaster movie.  Our present US president alone, spews out one dark action after another daily.  I spent my life as an activist along with my metaphysical/spiritual work and life.  So I can get caught up in worry or concern, thinking THIS is reality and the world I’ve worked to help create, all my lifetimes, is nowhere near.   And in a way…it IS reality….the dark timeline reality, the 3rd dimensional reality.  This is the reality that my parents kept attempting to make me accept or “face”, when I was growing up talking to spirits and ascended masters, walking in and out of different dimensions, seeing so much beauty. 

And yet, if you look and feel closely, if you feel into your heart, you can be assured, that a different reality is coming into view, a new timeline of Oneness and Abundance.   It can seem impossible that we could move as a planet from the dark timeline to the light/love based one, but the truth is…the light/love one has always been here, as IT is the TRUTH of who we really are, One with each other and the Divine.  The dark timeline was placed here, imposed on us by a dark group of beings that have maintained it.  They loved (although since their lights have almost been diminished with their dark contracts, love isn’t something they truly feel), enjoyed perhaps is a better word, although I’m not sure they enjoy much either…..they relished…how about that…relished keeping us feeling separate from each other and our true divine nature.  They used many technologies and methods, distorted religions, distorted health care and education, and the lists go on. All of this was established and maintained to keep us in fear, keep us dis-empowered, and keep us supporting all their profitable wars and economies.,  

But just like you can look at the above photo and perhaps see a flood, water in a street, a puddle , when I inform you that it is indeed a bay, a bridge and a vast ocean beyond that, you can see it clearly as you change your perception, change your focus.  As the dark is shut down and we move, and ascend, onto a higher dimension, embracing and filling with more light, re-connecting to our divine nature, all of a sudden, what was hidden before, appears.  All of a sudden, what we thought was truth is exposed for the lies within, and our reality becomes something much different.

I have worked for this steadfastly since the beginning of my incarnations.  When I go within, connect to the new crystalline grid within Gaia, connect with Source and all the light, I can feel the new reality, I can hear the sound of creation, freed from the veil cast around me to cloud my vision, and dampen my heart.

So please do not despair (and I’m talking to myself here as well), as the dark is being shut down, the dark timeline is dying and we are only witnessing its death shudders.  Things might not just switch overnight, it might take awhile to get new light based governments around the world, but look at what happened in Zimbabwe, …a few days of a coup and amazingly, at least to me, the new President really is moving forward and not extending the corruption that existed before.  When the shift happens fully, there is so much love flowing into us and the planet, along with so much help, seen and unseen, that I truly believe it will be a felt experience for many. I also believe that quickly, we WILL see huge changes for the better, not just in governments but in health care, finances, the climate, the air/water/soil/food supply, education, spirituality, business, on and on. I also believe we will quickly welcome our light ET friends and other unseen light beings, and take our place as galactic citizens.

So during this holiday time, please take care of yourself, rest as much as possible,  feel the light and love filling you and take care of your hearts.  And I invite you to join me in holding the vision in your perception of a New World of love and light, a world that works for ALL life, that is honoring and respectful, nurturing and supportive, uplifting and inspiring.
