Awareness

Over the last 9 years plus of my “on the road” journey and the work I’ve been consciously doing 24/7 to end the dark timeline and the power/greed etc of the dark, and restore the light timeline for this planet, I have learned to be even more of a detective than before.  I’ve been a lifetime activist and via my many metaphysical and spiritual experiences since childhood, I’ve learned to look under the surface of people and events.  Being an empath and becoming even more aware of that, I’ve learned that my body was already attuned to this “underneath”.  However, this work has taught me to also look at what is “making the waves” move, too. 

Activists learn to look “underneath”, just as you can look at the photo and see the rocks underneath the water, so they can identify where to focus their actions to attempt to remedy an injustice or support their desired outcomes.  I’m grateful for the activists in the world.  However, many haven’t learned to look at “what is making the waves”.  When you look at the water in the photo, the waves on the water, it is easy just to see the waves, or see the rocks beneath the water.  Often we don’t investigate or contemplate what is making the water move.  At the moment I took the photo it was windy, so the wind was making waves.  The dark have been behind so much of what activists have worked to change, but most activists have only been focused on the “underneath” and not realized the bigger/deeper picture of the dark systems and beings behind all of that.  So a law gets changed, someone new voted in, a new regulation put in place, a new cause or apology or movement happens.  But still nothing really changes on a deeper level, a sustaining level.  Wars, white supremacy, racism, slavery, oppression, genocide, destruction of the planet and environment, inequality, rights of all kinds taken away, poverty, sickness…..continue on and on and on.

So my work partner, John, and I have had to learn to dig deeper.  When I started this work I had hoped for success quickly.  I have learned though that the dark experiment has gone on for 6 to 7 million years and I’ve been in and out of incarnations ever since the beginning  attempting to shut it down and restore the original light design and timeline.  That’s a long time that the dark has had to put in place their dark agendas, propaganda, lies, weaponry, and structures to protect all that and more.  So it has taken an enormous amount of dark attacks on the project, John and me, especially me, to unravel it all.  And it has taken lots and lots of digging, questioning, and awareness.

I’m grateful for all the progress and soon we hope to finally achieve results.  I’m grateful for learning to look not just underneath but also at the powers and forces behind the surface effects.

Stillness, strength and inner peace.

Even though our emotions and the outer world might appear ragged right now
Even though our attention is often led to focus on this chaos
This unraveling
There remains a strength that sustains us underneath
There is hidden a strong root system
Extensive and renewing
Regenerative

Amidst the cold and sometimes bitter chill of the dark
Amidst the flashing crises calling to us from many venues
Alarming, instilling fear
There exists an inner stillness
Movement can’t cloak it
Nourishing and soothing
Abundant

Many years ago I was a disciple of Rajneesh/Osho.  One of my favorite meditations of his had this part where you were to spin like a whirling dervish. (Thank you for the inspiration “5thgenerationgirl.blog”).  It was an amazing feeling to have my body spinning round and round and my attention drawn to the complete stillness in the middle of me, inside -complete quiet and peace.   

John and I continue to do our 24/7 work to shut down the dark timeline and pave the way for the restoration of the light timeline of Oneness, Abundance, disclosure, truth and ALL living to serve the greater good of the ALL and Gaia.  I hold this outcome in my heart and soul and have for millennia.  I call this forth for all now.  I support you in your light, your love, your strength/stillness/peace.

12 years on WordPress, 13 years blogging!

WordPress let me know I’ve been blogging with them for 12 years now. I started blogging 13 years ago on Posterous, a site that shut down.  I started blogging after occasionally having articles posted in local new age/spiritual newspapers, online holistic health magazines, online spiritual magazines, etc.  I was weary of dealing with all the editorial issues, hassling with my grammar (which I know is poor at times), issues with paragraphs ….on and on.  So I decided just to publish my own way on a blog. 

I was watching a movie the other day, a romantic comedy, and the male lead chided the female lead when she mentioned she was a writer.  His response was “A blog?”, in a sneering voice.  Personally, I love blogs. I love how it gives a person a voice that is heard.  I’m not into the whole superficial “influencer” thing, looking for social media fame, but I do believe it is important that people have a place to express themselves, a place that doesn’t rely on big business to put a stamp of approval on them, nor the need to be “professionals”.

I read an interview with a famous actor, living in Europe, but American, who condemned social media and in his eyes, people documenting everything they do in life, attempting self importance.  I understand the dangers of social media, especially in young people, as it preys on youthful insecurities, making it look like everyone is having a great time, living a perfect life.  But on the other hand, in such an often isolating life, it gives people a place to connect, be seen, be heard, and build relationships, a place where a person can feel like they matter.  Certainly it doesn’t replace connections made in the physical, rather it adds to it.

I used to teach creative movement and music to children publicly, ages 2 1/2 to 9, and in Native American schools, grades 1-5.   Sometimes I’d teach familiar songs and then have the kids re-write them entirely or come up with new lines.  In one class, when my program was included at Humboldt State University’s music program for kids, I had a couple brothers, ages 3 or 4 and 8.  I had taught Claudia Schimdt’s song about a broken cookie, dented jelly bean, and other malformed treats.  I asked the children what other food or treat could we use in the song, and what happens to it to make it “less than perfect” but still quite delicious.   The young brother, who had always remained quiet, shouted out “Celery”.  The smile he was beaming lit up his face. He was so proud of that contribution.  I wanted to teach children that they didn’t have to be professional dancers, singers, songwriters….in order to have a dance/song/ note within them to share with the world.  To me….that is what the blogging platform gives to people.

There are so many types of blogs.  Some are created to be solid websites for businesses, are sturdy, and rooted.  They have a more narrow focus and target.

Some are purposely rude, lewd, funny, entertaining.  Some serve to create a safe place for people to be vulnerable about health challenges, disabilities, mental health issues, emotional challenges, traumatic events, offering glimpses of helpful tools, agencies for support, and community for others suffering through the same challenges.  These blogs are often tender and oh so sincere.

Other blogs are more esoteric, perhaps like mine, or looking into depths exploring poetry, fictional stories, or alternative views.  These expose us to viewpoints and information we might not run across so easily in other media outlets, especially with the often big business limitations that don’t open their doors to everyone.

Some are written quite articulately, with precision, footnotes, many chapters, fine detail.  Some are by amazing photographers and photo journalists.  Some like mine use their phone cameras.

Others have poor grammar, misspellings, and take more effort to decipher what is being said, so it takes a little more effort to decide the meaning. Mmmm….looks like a ?????

But no matter what, in my mind, they all have their value. Most are written sincerely, with the intention to connect to a particular audience.  All of them have worth because they reveal a soul’s effort to reach out to the world, send a call out to see who listens, and see who answers back.  Ultimately we are all one but the individual differences make life much more interesting and delicious.  I love seeing these blogs written by people all over the world; some living in villages or small towns, some in cities.  And I get to travel the world into foods, places, ideas, beliefs I perhaps wouldn’t be able to taste otherwise. 

So thank you blogging world.  Thank you bloggers.  Thank you all who take the time to read, like, comment and share.

We Need Your Willingness To Be A Different “Duck”.

I have taken a photo of this duck two different springs now.  I have asked bird photographers about the specie of this duck. I have stepped through “identify the bird/duck” quizzes.  I have plied through photo after photo online. And still, the only identifier anyone has come up with for me is that it must be a by product of two different breeds mating.  Whatever it is, whoever this duck is….it looks different. And that’s great!

During this world wide I don’t know what to call it, it is important to stand out, stand up for your rights and for truth.  I can’t argue that something is making people sick and killing some people, although my information is that the numbers are way less than the ones being reported.  But in session after session, my spiritual work partner, John, and I have received information that it is not what is being told to the world to justify the lock-down and immense financial devastation that has been the result of the lock-down.

Some articles have come out, not in main stream media, that do report different info than the norm. Some are propaganda and some contain some truth.  I am absolutely certain that those presently held in esteem as way showers in this have incredibly dark pasts with financial ties for them to profit off this, along with shady histories of silencing truth.

In our work we ask questions only of Source and have a system in place to make sure we are only getting true answers not interfered with by the dark, our ego or conscious minds, then we double and triple check that over days and weeks.  I’m looking forward to the time when all media only prints truth, real truth.

In the meantime, please take care of yourselves.  I have at times attempted to speak out to acquaintances in person and on Facebook and mostly it just gets me attacked.  So I’m learning when to speak out and when not to.  But I feel that during this event that has shut down the world, it is important to speak out, be different.  There are so many instances throughout history where entire countries and civilizations let themselves be led down a very dark path.

We will make it through this to the light because of those willing to risk to stand up for truth, love and light.  And those who do the work to end this madness that rules our world and bring forth a new timeline, a new way of being that is our true divine evolutionary path – a world and governments that serve the Greater Good of the planet and all life upon it. So be different, stand out, stand strong.

Discernment….Staying Calm Amidst the Lies!

For those of you who have been following my blog and work for awhile, you know that for over five years,  I and my spiritual work partner have been focused on shutting down this present dark timeline and those who created it and control it. (I’ve been focused on this task for actually millions and millions of years including all my lifetimes).  My spiritual work partner and I are focused on clearing the way so Disclosure can happen, TRUTH can be revealed and we can move onto a way of life that was the original divine design, of Oneness and Abundance, a timeline that focuses on the greater good of all.  It is a timeline that brings our bodies back to their original divine design as well.

On this present timeline, not all is what it appears to be.  In our work, we create a sacred circle, we call in those we are working with, on an energetic level, and we align fully with Source and Source within. We make sure that the dark isn’t interfering in anyway, nor are we being guided by ego or conscious/subconscious mind.  But still, at times we have been mislead.  What is really dark? What is really light? What is truth?  What is a lie or a dark distortion?

We follow the clues and information to figure out what actions to take, what work to do, asking Source each step of the way, if it is ours to do, if it serves the greater good, if it is available to us and if NOW is the time to do this work.

Sometimes the way is obvious, just as these tracks are obviously a Rabbit’s tracks:

Other times it might be more confusing, require more questions, more listening.  Sometimes I get one answer and John gets another, so we have to work through that until we both understand, both are clear and absolutely sure it is Source given information.  Just as these tracks appear to be a dog’s tracks….or a coyote’s….or……???.

Or sometimes it is really vague and we struggle to find a clear answer or direction. Then we have to listen more to find out what questions to even ask of Source.  Like these tracks…..3 footed Rabbit?!  3 footed Deer?!….What in the world is it?!

As we have managed to shut down more and more of what those in power have used to control this planet and humanity, they are scrambling.  They know the end is near, they know the light is winning.  They are doing all they can to keep humanity in panic and fear, to have  control.  

But you are stronger than that.  You have a direct connection with Source and Source within you.  You are formed by, filled with and surrounded by love and light.  You have an amazingly designed mind, emotional being, physical and spiritual being, designed for truth, discernment, Oneness, health, abundance. This present timeline would have you believe otherwise.  This present timeline would have you feel small and powerless.  That is NOT truth.

So tune in, tap into Source and the light and love.  You are safe in that love and light, you are empowered in Truth and discernment.  We are getting there…the new timeline is so close….ground and anchor in THAT timeline!

Moose Energy for the New Year!

While out walking a few days ago, I ran across this Moose youth calmly chewing on a neighbor’s bush.  Mom Moose was nowhere in sight and so I moved a little closer to take this photo.  When I have animals, birds, snakes, etc suddenly appear on my path, I take note and look up the meaning and gifts of this appearance.  Since in truth, we are all one, we all have gifts to share with each other, including YOUR gifts.  The trees, the sky, the water, the creatures, all have gifts to share. And that is just those we presently see, as there is so much more residing on other dimensions.

Since Moose appeared in my path so close to the New Year, I thought I would share Moose’s gifts with you to take into the New Year.  I truly believe that soon we will finally see the Shift into the light and the move onto a new timeline, the original timeline for this planet, before the dark took us on a very long depraved detour.  The gifts Moose offers will assist us greatly in this powerful transition.  They will help us transverse these changes with more comfort, ease and grace.

I looked at 4 websites that I like to use for this purpose and will share the links at the end.

You notice right away that Moose are strong and courageous, graceful and yet clumsy in a way.  They are fearless and resolute.  You can call upon these qualities to stand your ground.  YOU have a direct connection to Source and with that connection, you have a power that comes from following that guidance from within, trusting your inner authority, and seeking the truth, staying true to yourself, staying in integrity and following YOUR path.  Stand strong with your knowingness!  You will feel and know what is truth for you,and what actions to take.

Moose offers the gifts of confidence, self-esteem, and endurance.  So once you’ve tuned into your inner guidance and authority, guided by Source, you can move forward with grace and trust you will know what to say and do.  Moose have the ability to stand in their magnificent presence and yet they can also camouflage themselves.  This will aid you in knowing when to step out and be seen and heard, and when to retreat in silence…in strength, not fear or submission.

Moose have eyes that see separately, so they have great perception and awareness of all that is around them.  They can see things from different angles.  As the truth is disclosed and much of what we’ve been taught to believe is shown to be dark deception, it will be important for us to open our perception to the truths that have been hidden from us….about ourselves, our existence, Source, our planet, and every aspect of our lives.  We can tap into the ability of Moose to adapt, which will support us in moving forward on this new timeline with as much comfort and ease as possible.

On this new day of a new year and new decade, I send you much love, appreciation and gratitude, not only for taking your time to read, like, comment, follow and share my blog, but your willingness to share this journey with me as we go through such monumental shifts on this home planet we live on.  May it truly be a Happy New Year for ALL and for the planet itself. Perceptions

It’s winter where I am right now and that means snow and slush.  I still keep walking most days. I like to use my walking time to do solo sessions to add to the work that John and I do daily to end the power of the dark timeline and assist in bringing forth the Shift into the light.  Sometimes I get information to bring to our joint sessions. Sometimes I might talk to Source about questions I have about my own life.  Even in the midst of these walks and solo sessions, I’m still mindful of all that is around me.  I look at my environment as an interactive joint venture.  I’m part of the neighborhood or path I’m walking, even though I’m only in the town temporarily.  The trees, snow, sidewalks, streets, squirrels, plants, houses, bushes, sky, and clouds…all of it, are part of me and I’m part of them.  For that moment we are sharing.  I’m guided to the route to take, when to turn, and when to stop in the moment and smell or touch or look at something with more attention.

I was walking down the sidewalk, minding where there was clear concrete and where there was ice, as I wanted to stay upright 🙂 …. when suddenly,… I was told to stop and look…….I saw a Moose and a bunny….

What do you see? 

In art class we created pictures of the positive and negative of a form.  So you could notice most the snow and what form that took for you. Or you could notice the dry areas instead of the wet ones. And even looking at the wet areas, you might see something different than I did.  Perception is made up of our experiences, our emotions, our concerns, our past, our dreams, our beliefs…..so many variables.

After my brother died suddenly at age 21, I almost died a month later.  So, while in the hospital, I was afraid, as my brother had died suddenly in a hospital ostensibly from a doctor’s mistake.  I felt angry as my family didn’t discuss anything.  I was left alone with my fear, grief and questions. My parents sent a psychiatrist to analyze me and his intro was the famous Rorschach test of looking at ink blobs and saying what you see.  I refused to participate as my parents were unwilling to take part or accept any responsibility for the lack of communication,  face the grief openly or acknowledge my fear.  They stated it was all MY problem. But I remember those pictures. I don’t know if I believe in their value or not, but after 40 years in my healing practice, and as a long time activist, I see how important and telling perception is in our experience relating to the world, each other and ourselves.

Right now in the US we have a President who makes up his reality and gets thousands around the country to see and believe the same thing, in spite of the lies being exposed on a daily basis.  In the work John and I do, as we unravel the dark’s power structure, we’ve seen how it has infiltrated and invaded the entire existence here in all systems, most organizations and all areas of life, like a rampant cancer.  The propaganda that is put out is so insidious, including some truth among the lies, that even well meaning, intelligent people believe it all even when it flies in the face of what IS real…just as those at Trump’s rallies agree to and espouse his lies even if those “truths” of his change completely from day to day, even when there is stark evidence showing otherwise. 

We as humans want to believe.  We put our faith in many things.  It is a vast world and we need the structure to create a foundation for ourselves, to create a sense of safety.  As I’ve moved from most of the beliefs I grew up with and even many I adopted as an adult, I can feel a little un-tethered.  But then in surrender, you can’t get downstream unless you let go of the bank and let the river carry you.  So I turn to the guidance within and check things out with my Source within to make sure I’m following truth with a big T.

Soon, when the Shift comes, much of what we’ve been told was real, true, for our own good, etc will be exposed for the darkness that formed it all.  But what we’ll gain is TRUTH, ONENESS, PEACE, ABUNDANCE and a new World that works for the greater good of the planet and for ALL.  So I encourage you to follow your heart, stay centered within.  You will know what is truth. You will know what is good.  And you will see your path unfold and blossom like never before.

I wish you all happy holidays, no matter how or if you celebrate them.  I wish you a peaceful Winter Solstice/Summer Solstice in the southern hemisphere.  I’m focused on there being a Shift into the Light before the new year so that we truly get to experience a NEW year, a NEW life, a NEW world.

Look Beneath The Surface!

This photo was taken a week or so ago at Lake Pend Oreille, in Sandpoint, ID.  The lake is drained each fall, and so these Humbird Mill Ruins are now exposed.  During the summer, they are still there, underneath the water, hidden.

In our lives we have many such ruins…..grief unexpressed, shame, guilt, sadness, anger unexpressed over this or that….from our past, our childhood, and other lifetimes.  Our culture teaches us to just stuff it all ….underneath…rather than to face it, embrace it, express it, feel it and thus integrate it and learn from it.  But it is still there, making itself known via our perceptions colored by these feelings and experiences unexpressed, in how we relate to others or hide from others, in every area of our lives.

In our society, we are taught to accept as truth religions, education, the news, rather than to look underneath to find what is really going on, what is the real truth.  In the daily work I do with John, to assist in shutting down the dark that is in truth behind most of what goes on in our world and to bring forth the renewed original light timeline, we look to what is underneath, what is behind what is being reported or carried out.

It’s so easy to just want to see the nice full placid lake, the smiling facade that states…I’m fine, the news report that states all is well or will be well when…….

But I’ve chosen another path.  I’ve chosen to unearth the dregs, expose the darkness, feel the feelings, open the doors and shout out truth.  Because when it is all done…when disclosure shows the what/how/when of it all, then together we can all feel the feelings, take a deep breath and get busy with the healing and integration, a return to wholeness, a return to peace and abundance, a return to Oneness.  That will be worthy of celebration!

Reflections…..

Sometimes I look at reflections and just see the magic and beauty reflected.

The reflection seems to add depth to the scene or object I’m looking at.

Like looking at this sunrise reflected in the lake, I can look at a tree, a person, a flower and see my light, Source light reflected back to me.

But sometimes, in looking at another, the view gets distorted some.  New Age philosophy teaches that ALL others are just mirroring us.  I don’t agree.  Through my life and especially the last several years of my on the road journey and the work I’ve done daily to shut down the dark secret government and systems to make room for the return of the natural timeline of Oneness and abundance, I’ve seen the truth that that philosophy is just part of the vast dark propaganda to mislead us.  It excuses their dark behavior, it limits healthy actions on our part because we assume, they are just reflecting us, reflecting our darkness, continuing the lie that all life contains dark and light.  It pushes conscientious people to just work on themselves rather than take action to stop the dark’s actions.  Self reflection and growth IS important as it helps us grow and expand in our divine nature. But it’s important to live OUR truth, shine OUR light, not believe that we are shining out someone else’s darkness.

This is the reflection.  Yes there is some beauty. Yes there is some light.  But it is muddled, messy. 

This is the reality.

So in the midst of owning that our beliefs and perceptions DO color our life and how we view things, learn to see the difference between that and believing that all you see outside yourself in others behavior is a reflection of you. I used to own it all.  I have struggled to learn to set boundaries, honor myself more and ask for what I want or need.  So although at times, yes, we can learn from other’s darkness and it can be a catylst to help us set a better boundary.  But sometimes it calls us to just see that person or situation for what it is…..toxic and something to walk away from or do what we can to stop it.

I had friends that were a couple and they were very much into A Course of Miracles, a well known New Age philosophy and study.  He regularly cheated on her and when she would call him on it, he’d state it was just a reflection of her.  For a long time she believed him and owned it.  Finally, she woke up, honored herself more and held him accountable.

Another time, I had a “friend” who treated me horribly. She even stated one time “I wonder what it is about you that leads me to treat you so horribly?”.  She thought she was being sincere, truly looking for the answer within me.  I never chose to see her again.  Years later she wrote and apologized, owning up to the reason she had discovered within her that brought her to treat me so badly.

So I encourage you to learn to know your light within and like the sunrise on the lake, learn to know the difference between seeing that light reflected in another as yours when it IS yours, and theirs when you are connecting to a like soul as well as seeing clearing when you are facing a situation or person that truly has a dark agenda and not taking it on as a reflection of you!

You matter to me.  Your light is important to this world.  Let us all keep shining brighter until and beyond when the dark is no more!
