Down The Rabbit Hole

John and I have been doing this work for over nine years.  We’ve worked together for 3 attempts now, with some time apart in between the 3 but I’ve worked daily and 24/7 all this time.  I did this work when I was close to death in Nov. 2022. I did this work during my two near death experiences that came during that time and through many intense energetic attacks.  We naively thought we could shut down the dark behind all the tragedy, violence and corruption on this planet quickly.  But like this photo, it’s been going through door after door, working to uncover and shut down all the weaponry, support and power behind this malevolent timeline.  Does this sound like fan boy stuff?  Or a script for a Marvel movie?  It does to us, too, but as we unravel it all, we get so much confirmation that we’re on the right path, that this work is real, and that it makes sense that it has taken so long with all the millions of years the dark has had to build their power and construct all their weaponry, protection and agendas.

But we are determined.  This work has been mine to do for my entire incarnational journey.  I know at some point we will walk through the final door and succeed, for the planet, all life and the universe.  I’ve felt the support we have and there are no other explanations for all that has happened.  So hang in there friends, a better day is coming.  There are so many people and projects around the world working for truth, justice, and  peace along with so much love and light. Let’s keep it up and soon, we will be free.

10 Years on WordPress….more years than that blogging!

WordPress informed me that I had just reached my 10 year anniversary with them.  I actually started blogging a few years before that but that site closed.  10 years. Wow!  A lot has happened during that time.  I’ve been on the road for almost 7 of those.

I started blogging so I could come out of the closet…not for my sexuality but my spirituality and as a writer.  I’d written articles before and had them published in newspapers and online magazines and websites but I wanted a venue where I could regularly reach people without having to go through editing by others, or change what I wanted to say.  I grew up spending so much time hiding who I was that I needed to be able to state publicly, THIS IS WHO I AM, THIS IS WHAT I EXPERIENCE, THIS IS WHAT I DO!!!!  

So I appreciate wordpress and my first blogging site for giving me this opportunity to not only share my thoughts, experiences and feelings but to make new friends, and build community.  I thought I would also gain clients from it, for my long time healing practice, but that never happened and that’s ok.  My work has always been more about helping others and educating then making money, so hopefully I’ve helped some people along the way.

The work John and I have been doing for almost 5 years now, is making progress, and soon, the Shift into the Light WILL happen.  Then, I’ll see where my life takes me next in blogging and all things.

Further Explanation of Sound Keys

I haven’t posted much lately as the 24/7 work to shut down the Dark Secret Government and their timeline that has controlled this planet, and assisting the Shift into the light, and all those working toward that end, I have had little energy left to devote to my blogs.  Also, for months I was under such intense attack by the dark, and in so much pain and distress, that doing the out of body work I do and sessions with John, along with my daily work at the house I”m staying in, was taking all of my energy.  I’ve been running on empty for quite awhile. I’m grateful for the spiritual energy that keeps me going, my devotion to this work that wakes me up in the morning, and the light team that keeps me alive, safe and able to do the work.

Yesterday, a woman asked John about the Sound Keys and he passed the question on to me. In the process of explaining them further to her, I was guided to include and expand upon my answers in a blog post.

I opened a new Sound Key, somehow placed by Source and stored in my Heart Chakra, from Dec. 1, 2016 to March 2, 2017.  We were told that the Sound Keys would continue to be opened until the Shift into the light had happened.  When I opened the last one, a very subtle one that called itself “Completion”, I felt underneath it to see if there were anymore there, and the space was empty.  We were later told that the Shift into the Light has happened at the level of Energy.  How long it takes for it to make itself into the physical is unknown, but it doesn’t feel far away.

Before discussing the Sound Keys, I’d like to share some background first.

I am familiar with Sound therapy, using music to assist in healing, toning into a part of someone’s body, the various healing vibrations initiated by  the ancient solfeggio’s vibrations. I did train in using sound, vocalizing and directing sounds into a body but since I do my spiritual healing differently, and just “move” into a person’s body to take something out or put something in, direct something in, I seem to work silently when I do that kind of work.

Music has been my main love all my life, since early childhood. I was aware of other lifetimes since age 2 or 3, and have memories of playing and composing music professionally and as a healer with Pythagoras, and other lifetimes musical and non-musical. I have practiced holistic and spiritual healing work professionally since 1978. One of the therapies I do is called Spiritual Response therapy, and in it, the originator talked of various councils that exist to create the music, language, etc. for each new universe as well as councils of scribes for these councils. I found out that I am the head of the music council that creates music for each new universe.

Around 2011 or 2012, a psychic told me I would be healing people and countries with inaudible sounds. That didn’t make sense to me at the time.  Several months later, I was doing reflexology on a client and was told psychically that I needed to put a G note into the point I was working on. Inside my head, I asked if I needed to sing the note, and got NO. I then asked if I needed to know what octave it was and again was told NO. So, I asked that the note be placed into the reflexology spot as well as the organ/gland that it related to.  I often would hold sore spots and just channel energy in, so this was a new addition. I found that it took the pain away on the reflexology spot and on the place it referred to in the body. As time went on with me using this, I found that sometimes it would be just one note, sometimes 2, sometimes a chord, a scale and even a melody or song at times. Sometimes a color needed to be added.  This inaudible sound intervention always yielded tangible results in the client I was working with, too, so that provided validation of its effectiveness. Sometimes I would send notes to countries or situations of crisis as well. Of course I have no way of knowing whether they made a difference in those situations or not.

Fast Forward to late Nov. 2016 and John received the info that I had Sound Keys to open. So I asked for more details. My guidance told me that again they wouldn’t be audible, that I’d open one each day and they would all continue to work together until they were no longer needed.   I always opened them within a created sacred circle, for protection. The dark attacked me viciously for quite awhile as they knew the power of these, so they tried to kill me but I had good protection. I’d end up in pain often, but alive.

I’d open the door to each sound key, then unlock the sound key and feel for its energy and purpose.  Sometimes they were quite intense, sometimes subtle, sometimes aggressive, sometimes more gentle.  I could feel each one. I’d send it down into Gaia, then up through my body and grounding cord to Source, then throughout my body and energy field, then on to surround and fill all the people we are working with, humanity, etc. They were set up to bring love, healing, light, assistance with assimilating and processing all the internal and external changes taking place within us and the world, foundation building for the New world to come, protection and shielding, and then there were components of their work that was a weapon and antidote to the dark.  They were all very powerful in their own rights.

One day one might come in the form of a raging bull, the next day it might be a rainbow and pot of gold. They varied daily….. a puppy, a whole bunch of running joyous puppies, the above referenced Paul Revere – to announce the Shift, a snowflake, a soft mist of pink, fog, a yellow rose, a dog whistle, a slew of rainbow colored polka dots, an arrow, Cupid’s arrow, each day different than the day before. Sometimes they were a sound.  Sound is just vibration and the message carried in that vibration, so these sound keys all had a different vibration that showed up in various forms. Sometimes I opened them in my solo sacred session, sometimes within the shared sacred circle of the sessions with John.  John channeled information each day to further deliver the details of their purpose and message. They helped us understand more what was going on, too, as far as shutting down the Secret govt., helping the shift into the light team, and all the other processes going on as we move toward the shift into the light. Sometimes they connected more to issues that had developed in my body from the dark’s attacks, and sometimes they were more connected to where things were at with the rounding up of the dark process and the Shift into the light, giving us clues as to interventions we could interject in our sessions to help those working toward these objectives.

I hope that this helps explain the Sound Keys more for you.  It was a privilege to assist in bringing forth this gift to humanity and the weapons and antidotes to help in shutting down the dark machinery that has kept this planet enslaved.  The Sound Keys continue to do their work and will certainly continue until the Shift into the light is complete and may continue beyond then, too.

We are coming to the end of this part of our transition into the light.  Since I have been working to shut down the dark and bring it back to the light since the beginning of its creation millions of years ago, I’m ready to see this finished, our planet and humanity freed, and looking forward to helping the planet and humanity in other ways in the future.

Please take care of yourselves during this transition, be gentle and tender with your changing bodies and minds, and be at peace knowing we will soon all be free.

Taking The Gloves Off The Sound Keys!!!

Last Dec., 2016, I became aware of having Sound Keys within me that I was to open, one by one.  These Sound Keys were provided by Source and are to be used to provide healing, light, love, foundation building for humanity and also are weapons, to dismantle the Dark and their power.  It has been quite an interesting time living with these sound keys for 20 days now.  Each day I open a new door, unlocking a new and more powerful Sound key.  I first create a sacred circle, bringing forth protection and support from my spiritual guidance teams and other out of body beings who work with me.

I begin by filling my own body/being up with the sound key and then I fill and surround my son and a few other close friends, that need help, and Obama, Bernie Sanders and other leaders I trust and admire to assist us in moving into the shift into the light.  The Sound keys contain light and love, and those aspects are very soothing and healing, along with being empowering.

I then broaden out the focus of the sound key, with all previously opened sound keys working with the one newly opened.  My understanding about these sound keys has shifted as the days march forward. I knew from the beginning that they were designed to be an antidote to corruption and the rule of the dark. However, being that my life’s work, for 38 years professionally, has been about providing healing, I focused more on the healing aspects and even though I targeted the dark’s end, I was gentler with its use.

Today I took the gloves off. I now see that the Sound keys are weapons of sound and light, as that is what is needed to assist in shutting down the dark’s rules.  Many New Agers refer to darkness, but that has to do with our own anger, grief, shame, jealousies, etc. and yes, light does shine on that, so that the light within those feelings, traits and memories has the opportunity to transform them.  But in my work not only with these sound keys but also the daily sessions I have done alone and at times with John Ross, I am focused on shutting down the abusive and heinous dark secret governments who have kept humanity enslaved for a very long time, attacking both the planet and humanity.  Their dark matrix that informs and controls almost all institutions and aspects of life on this planet has had no light intention and is evil personified.

Hence, it is time to take the gloves off.  I have watched in horror as Trump lied and shouted his way to the Republican nomination and then presidency.  The cabinet and staff he is gathering are the darkest of the darkest, set to undermine any progress that has taken place in the US, and the world, toward honoring the earth and healing it, and honoring the Oneness and equality of all.  Also, it is clear to see that those he is choosing (surely provided by the Secret government) are focused on greed and self interest agendas. You can clearly see the dark Secret Government’s agenda by looking at the cabinet picks, and staff picks.  It is disclosing it all so clearly. Since the secret government has been behind Trump’s success all along and then rigged the election so he’d win, I’m not surprised that most criticism of him has been quickly suppressed.

It is time for the shift into the light. It is time for humanity to be free and sovereign. It is time for us to heal the earth and join our place as loving members of the galaxies.

John and I had approached our work together with the intention to help bring the dark secret government to surrender.  Some of the leaders did surrender but the underlings refused to stand down and many of these leaders pulled out of the surrender.  Once the shift happens, everyone will have the opportunity to shift into the light and remain here to benefit from all the wonderful light based changes. But no one will be allowed to stay here and continue a dark path of greed, exploitation of humanity or the planet.

My patience and tolerance has worn thin from the increasing daily attacks inflicted on me by the dark, along with watching the horror and violence continue around the world, along with the aberration of a cabinet and staff that Trump is putting in place.  Each sound key I open provides more and more protection as the Sound key helps heal the dark interference placed within me since birth, and I grow more empowered with this growing light and sound.  Artemis, an aspect of me, is becoming more a part of this work as well. But I need to call upon John almost daily now to help clear this dark interference.

So daily, I am blasting Trump, the secret government, all those who have dark contracts and benefit from the violence, greed and power over others that is the creed of the dark rulers, and any that are choosing to live their lives using power over others, greed and profit over the planet and humanity,and keeping others separate from the light.

I know that I am only a small part of the teams that are working to bring forth this shift into the light and to shut down the dark rule and matrix forever.  There is so much light flowing into the planet now to raise consciousness and support this shift.

My hope and prayer is that quickly, this shift will be complete, placing all of us on the timeline of Oneness and Abundance, and bringing forth all that will flow from that.  I pray that this New Year truly will be a NEW year, a NEW world.

And….I’m back……..

I want to apologize to my friends for getting lost awhile in the 3D circus. I know in my heart, and it is my conscious work, and has been my conscious work all my lifetimes, to assist in bringing forth the light, bringing freedom to all, and I truly believe that not only will this be our reality but IS our reality.

 

I knew that the dark and old had to crumble to make room for the truth and light to come forth, but as a nurturer, and healer, I felt the world had been through enough and wanted to fast forward to the good stuff. So when this election cycle shifted from the hope, unity and light of Bernie Sanders and devolved into the media circus of ignoring Sanders’ campaign and focused instead on daily data dumps against Clinton and fear and hate mongering as the shouted charge on the other side, I got drug into the morass.

 

I will still remain an activist, along with my spiritual work, however, I realized today, with the help of a great you tube a friend shared, that I need to get back to my focus of not only working toward, but announcing that the light IS being born, a new world IS happening, we ARE rising up in consciousness and awareness now, we ARE saying yes to building bridges, inclusiveness, supporting each and everyone with respect, honor and love, taking care of each other rather than greed, power over others and self interest only.

 

This is where we are headed, underneath everything crumbling that looks otherwise. So please take heart in the awakening that is happening now, feel your emotions and release them to the light, let Mother earth nurture and care for you, and you for her and each other.

Shout Out To My Best Host!

Those who have been following me for awhile now, know that I’ve been doing Spirit’s work, leaping from Seattle, WA, in Nov. 2012, where I’d been living for 14 years.  I’ve now been on the road 169 weeks, living on faith and donations when they come and making a little money here and there doing my Spiritual healing work.  It has been a very challenging time, going in and out of many homes, B and B’s, hotels, and many of those not going well, on top of all the Spiritual work I’ve been doing to help bring about the shift into the light for humanity and the planet.  I have always been up front about my situation when looking for a place to stay, and very dedicated to giving what I can wherever I am, whether that is massages and reflexology, deep spiritual/energetic healing, cleaning, organizing, yard work, dog walking, house maintenance work, packing, on and on.  I’ve been kicked out of several places, even from friend’s homes, with people agreeing to me staying there, me doing much more for them than agreed to, and them still deciding I needed to be out NOW!!!!

I’m presently in a situation which vacillates between nice and supportive, and confusing and stressful,  but I stay because this is what is offered now and so seems where I am guided to be at the moment.  So I continue here using as much patience, restraint, compassion, and understanding as I can muster, along with some tears, and prayers for this shift into the light to complete, so I have the full funds to move on to do my bigger work, stay where I choose to, and am supported in all ways. In all fairness, it is challenging to live with anyone, especially people you don’t know and I admire even the crazed hosts I have had, for opening their home to a stranger. I am grateful for having a roof over my head, hot water for a shower and a clean, safe place to be, as many on this planet don’t have that. I was already a very accommodating, flexible, adaptable person but I’ve been stretched WAAAAAYYYY beyond that on this journey. I’m looking forward to hopefully soon being able to have my own place again, so I can finally relax….something I haven’t done much of for a very long time.

Looking back at the craziness of this spiritual journey of service, along with the sometimes strangeness of where I am now, got me to thinking today of the most amazing host I had on this journey. There were other great hosts, too, but this one in particular really stands out.

I was staying in Tucson,  AZ, in a converted garage, loving all the hiking I was doing, and the other activities, but feeling uncomfortable with the approaching heat, so I had placed an ad on Craigslist (which has given me much guidance along this journey ), looking for a place to stay in either Prescott or Flagstaff, AZ  I had a man in Flagstaff contact me and it felt like a perfect fit, but he disappeared.  Then, I received a reply from a man in Prescott, there for work. He had been looking on Craigslist, thinking he would get a roommate for the time he was there, and make some money, but saw my ad and decided to offer me the space for free, instead!! I’ve seen how Spirit has guided me along the way, guided me to those people and places that needed my energy.    He didn’t even care if I came to meet him first or not.

I drove up there one weekend though, to meet him and see his space.  He was nice and friendly, and the place was only a couple blocks from the town plaza, a 2 bdr. apt.  We hit it off fine, so it was decided I would arrive April 30, 2013, and stay until May 20th.  He gave me a key, opened his home to me and as far as he was concerned, he didn’t care if I did anything for the home or him while I was there!

I had my own bedroom and bathroom, and since he got up early to go to work, came home and went to his space to watch TV and go to sleep early and took off on weekends, I barely saw him.  I did offer him some therapeutic massages, to give back to him for his generosity and he gave me big tips!!!!   I regularly cleaned the place, folded clothes he’d left in the drier and did what I could to contribute, and he’d praise me as if I’d just built the place.  We had a few conversations and always got along.

I’m still in awe of him forgoing making money on the space as he was quite the business man, turning into one in college, quite the wheeler dealer.  So to offer me the space without meeting me, open his home to me asking nothing in return, and then being so delighted at all I did to help around the place, as he truly didn’t expect anything from me, was just the most spirit inspired experience I’ve had this entire journey. And he isn’t one that would consider himself spiritual. He was just a good guy, and the contrast between that and some old friends of mine (now ex-friends), along with some stranger strangers, treating me poorly, it remains a bright spot in this long faith journey of mine.

So I’m sending out many thanks to this man, a shining example of how we can be to each other, a shining example of how this world can be.

Update On My Daily Sessions with the “Team”

I haven’t posted much lately about my energetic level sessions I continue daily to bring about the shift into the light and shutdown of the dark. Ever since the work partnership with John ended in mid- July in such a shocking and confusing way, it has taken me a long time to come to a place of peace, even though there still isn’t understanding. I was so worn out physically by the time our work partnership crashed and burned, that it took me awhile to recover physically as well. On top of that, my finances became very shaky along with many more dark attacks, that still continue. So I’ve been doing all I can, with the help of my light team, to hang on, stay positive and continue to do this work that I had started with John Oct 2014, and have been involved with on my own since the dark first came into creation. Unfortunately, when our work together ended the humans and off planet beings that had been talking to me, sometimes for hours, grew more silent.

 
I used to have hour long “conversations” with some of them, while walking the beach, walking the neighborhood or just sitting around. I still get some information during my daily sessions or sporadically throughout the day, but not as much. They have told me for months now that this shift is done. Occasionally they ask for help and I am guided to do some kind of intervention or authorize a certain kind of help from other beings. I still do clearing and healing work daily for all of them and the shift itself.

 
John and I had focused on bringing all of humanity and the planet onto the timeline of Oneness and abundance. When we started, many on and off planet beings were preaching the need for arrests, violence, trials, and meted out punishments. John and I felt this was very 3D and would result in the continued pattern so entrenched on our planet. For quite awhile, Sheldon Nidle’s posts had the beings he channels talking about a more war like approach to shutting down the dark. But we continued to work toward a more peaceful shift, not disallowing something like house arrests or something milder to get the dark out of the way so this shift could take place, with the shift effectively ending their rule. In the end we hoped for a more enlightened humanity that would allow for forgiveness and the option for any dark members to either shift into the light themselves or have the opportunity to move on to another planet or place where they could continue to learn and grow. However, we agreed that the dark should not be allowed to hold humanity and the planet hostage anymore.

 
I was very heartened to read this latest blog post by Sheldon as it very much validates the work we did. Since losing the work partnership doubt has arisen from time to time, and I’ve been wondering if we really made a difference at all. So to read this post was very comforting. It’s been frustrating to hear every day that this is ready now, going to happen this week, this weekend, this day, to only have it not show up. So that has lead to me questioning my information. Yet I realize that this whole process is like the pond above. We can see the lily pads, the flowers, and yet we can also see the reflections of those. We can see the water, the ripples, and the reflections of that. We can see other reflections of buildings and people next to the pond, yet these are just reflections, not something of substance. And then….there is that fish swimming under the water and who knows what else is below the surface. This reminds me that the experience we are having is an illusion created by the dark, with all their technologies and interferences, and the veil they put in place, keeping us separate from the truth of our divinity and keeping us separate from each other. So what is happening under the surface, and behind the scenes, is getting everything in place for this shift and disclosure. Yes, the dark underlings are fighting to the very end, but they know that end is in sight. The end should have happened in 96 when Anachara surrendered, so the grace period has come and long gone.

 
The other thing I am remembering is that John and I were working to bring all of humanity onto the timeline of Oneness. In 2012, Bill Brockbrader made a big splash when he stepped forward as a whistle blower and was interviewed on Project Camelot. He exposed shocking information about the US military in Iraq and what was really happening beyond what was being fed us through the dark run media. Like all whistleblowers, he did not fare well. He had been drugged, abused, thrown into hospitals and jails, anything to silence him. They finally got him on trumped up charges and threw him in prison. He is out now and in hiding, but still very active in working to shut down the dark on this planet. I researched Bill Brockbrader 2015 and saw more up to date info on him. Forget all the garbage written about him….that is just the dark ruled BS written to attempt to discredit him. The detail I wanted to reference though, is about the information he shared about working on a govt. project called Project Looking Glass, where they would put various components into this huge machine that looked like the space vehicle built in the movie “Contact”. This machine could look at various timelines and what would happen if this was put in place, etc. We’ve had all these timelines operating right next to each other.

 
I realized that is where we are right now….it looks like we are on this dark timeline of Donald Trump as the best the GOP can come up with, rising racism and militarism, increasing temperatures/poverty/discrimination, on and on, and yet….and yet…..there is this timeline being constructed and built upon that IS the timeline of Oneness and Abundance. And with all the various energy portals and gateways opening, the energy pouring into the planet, the work being done on the planet by light workers and many others to shift the financial systems, governments, environment, and the help from off planet and some believe from within the earth (The Argarthans), together we ARE creating and populating this new timeline. I am seeing and feeling that more and more, we are living on THAT timeline and that soon, all who choose, will wake up in that world, as if we’d lived there all along and that becomes our new reality!

 
I’m sure ready to live in that world of cooperation, abundance, rejuvenation, peace,and support in all ways for ALL!

 
So this holiday season, and today on the lovely Winter Solstice, I invite you to take a few moments to imagine THAT world, and what it would feel like to be living and interacting within all that support, comfort and beauty!

Ducks (DOVES) in a Row!!!

Several times during the almost nine months (2 days shy of that) John Ross – http://www.freedom4humanity.wordpress.com   and I worked together on our energy level spiritual project to assist in bringing forth the surrender of the dark, the shift into the light and the Global currency  reset, I would ask for signs.  Even during my solo work during that time and now after, I still ask for signs from the light….to verify or validate what I’ve been “told” during my channeling sessions with those in charge of these events.  Often those signs would be white feathers placed directly in the middle of the sidewalk, so I’d see them as I did my daily walks and after I had requested a sign.

I’d often seen this flock of white doves circling overhead and one day the sign was the flock circling over my head 3 times.  I’ve never seen them roosting anywhere though.

Also, during the time that John and I worked together we’d occasionally talk to the teams in charge, reminding them they didn’t need to “get their ducks all in a row”, explaining that it is easy to get caught in minutiae, and that even though, yes, it is important to make sure all is set before doing something important, it is detrimental to get caught in worrying about every little detail. It can really drag down a process and stall it forever.

So last week, I had requested a sign, announcing that request on my walk.  Just as I had turned the corner to head home, I again stated a reminder that I had asked for a sign. Suddenly, I heard a loud cooing sound, turned around and there was this flock of doves, all lined up in a row, on the telephone and electricity pole.  I cracked up laughing.  I got chills, too, though, as it obviously was a sign stating “we’ve got all our ducks (doves) in a row. Plus, these are white doves, a sign of peace and the light victorious.

Of course, I was hoping that meant the surrender, shift into the light and reset would happen that day!  But I’m still waiting!!!  Darn.  WE are still waiting.

For so long, the process John and I were going through with the teams felt like this :

…..a big mess with many twists and turns, details to be hammered out, negotiations to be addressed, complications and interference arising.

So imagine my delight and the hope and faith it instilled in me to see this instead:

I’m still sad that the work ended with John, but I will forever be grateful for him bringing me to the “table” to do this work with him and to also do the work alone, too.  I might never know for sure whether our work made a difference but it felt and still feels great to be given a front row seat of sorts, to these processes, and to be able to assist at this level.

I am holding the intention that soon, with all the doves in a row, that we publicly see the surrender of the dark, the end to all their technologies, the shift into the light and all that will bring and the Iraq RV and the Global Currency Reset for all the world.  I’m looking forward to living in THAT world, where we are all living abundantly, in peace, sovereignty and cooperation, reconnected fully to our divinity and our Oneness with ALL.

Please hold this in your hearts and minds and together we can help usher in this change….like the  song I wrote (Roots in the Sky) says, “We can usher in the change, if we rejoice with all our might”.
